LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Vipera said four of its directors bought a total of around 1.1 million shares at 3.25 pence each on Friday.
Chief Executive Officer Marco Casartelli, Non-Executive Director Petter Neby and Mauro Duca, a director, each bought 300,000 shares.
After the purchases, Casartelli, Neby and Duca hold 30.7 million equating to an 11.83% stake, 8.1 million or a 3.11% stake, and 42 million shares or a 16.19% stake respectively.
The company also said Chief Financial Officer Martin Perrin bought 150,000 shares and now holds 1.1 million shares.
Shares in the mobile financial software services provider closed up 1.4% at 3.55p Monday.

Online trading platform provider TechFinancials said a trio of directors increased their direct shareholdings in TechFinancials by buying TechFinancials shares in which they were indirectly interested through their interest in NetMavrik. Chief Executive Officer Asaf Lahav bought 29,549 shares, Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Lange bought 20,000 shares and Non-Executive Director Hillik Nissani bought 30,000 shares. Lahav, Lange, and Nissani hold 9.1 million, 7.3 million and 30,000 shares respectively. Following the transfer of these shares NetMavrik no longer holds any shares in TechFinancials. The company also said Lahav bought a further 10,000 shares through an on-market purchase at 11.5p per share on Monday. The stock closed flat at 11.50p Monday.

Vodafone Group said Serpil Timuray, a regional chief executive, bought 10,850 shares at 216.6p each. His total shareholding was undisclosed. The mobile communications company's shares closed up 1.3% at 215.65p Monday.

Aberdeen Asian Income Fund said Chairman Peter Arthur bought 345 shares at 140 pence each. He now holds 48,067 shares in the investment company. The stock closed up 3.3% at 150.75p Monday.

Stockbroker Jarvis Securities said Sion Securities, a company connected to Chairman Andrew Grant, acquired 18,500 shares at a price of 337p per share on Friday. Following this transaction, Grant holds a beneficial interest in is 5.9 million shares, representing approximately 53.1% of issued shares. The stock closed up 0.9% at 337.99p Monday.
