DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: United Utilities CFO Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------United Utilities Group said Chief Financial Officer John Houlden sold 44,954 shares at a price of 717.5142 pence per share on Monday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Houlden now holds in the utilities giant following the GBP322,551 deal.Shares in United Utilities closed up 2.1% at 719.60p.----------Oil exploration company TransGlobe Energy Corp said Chief Executive Ross Clarkson disposed of 500,000 shares at a price of USD3.35448 per share on Friday. Following this USD1.7 million transaction, Clarkson now holds 1.8 million shares in TransGlobe, reflecting a 2.5% stake in the company. Shares in Transglobe closed untraded at 263.00 pence.----------Equiniti Group said that Ric Williams, chief executive officer of EQ Paymaster sold 15,350 shares in the company on Monday. Williams sold the shares at 258.16 pence each for a total of GBP39,603. His total holding following the sale was not disclosed. Equiniti shares closed down 4.1% at 247.50p each.----------Manx Telecom said that Chief Executive Officer Gary Lamb sold a total of 160,000 in three transactions. The CEO sold the shares at an average price of 184.57 pence each for GBP295,312. Following the sale, he retains 456,329 shares in the company representing the 0.40%. Manx shares closed down 2.0% at 180.86p each.----------Quilter said that Chief Risk Officer Iain Wright bought 49,793 shares in the company. Wright acquired the shares at 136.21 pence each for GBP67,823. His total holding after the deal was not disclosed. Quilter shares closed up 0.9% at 135.38p. ----------Phoenix Group Holdings said that Director Wendy Mayall sold 6,666 shares in the company. Mayall sold the shares at 679.45 pence each for GBP45,292. Her total holding after the deal was not disclosed. Phoenix shares closed down 1.5% at 665.00p. ----------Utilico Emerging Markets Trust said that five of its directors bought shares in the company. Non-Executive Director John Rennocks bought 3,116 shares at 196 pence for GBP6,107, while Non-Executive Director Susan Hansen bought 4,195 shares at the same price for GBP8,222. Three other Non-Executive Directors: Garry Madeiros, Garth Milne, and Anthony Muh acquired 5,198, 4,110 and 3,351 shares respectively at the same price for GBP10,188, GBP8,055 and GBP6,567. None of the directors' total holding following the deal was disclosed. Utilico shares closed down 1.2% at 193.70p. ----------Domain registry company Minds + Machines Group said Non-Executive Chairman Guy Elliott made a series of share purchases and sales, the result of which was an increase in his beneficial interest to 2.6% of shares. Elliott sold 249,998 shares at 6.5 pence per share on Friday and a further 250,002 shares at 6.25p on Monday via the Elliott Family Trust. However, he also purchased 250,000 shares at 6.5p each on Friday in his own name. He then purchased 500,000 shares at 6.63p and 250,000 shares at 6.5p on Monday, also in his own name. The result of these sales and purchases is that Elliott is now interested in 20.8 million shares, representing 2.6% of Minds + Machines' issued capital. Shares in Minds + Machines closed down 1.2% at 6.18p.----------Ceramics manufacturer and distributor Churchill China said Sales & Marketing Director James Roper sold 10,000 shares at 1,100 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this GBP110,000 transaction, Roper now holds 1.0 million shares in the company, reflecting a 9.1% stake. Shares in Churchill China closed down 0.2% at 1,138.00p.----------TP ICAP aid close associates of Chairman Rupert Robson purchased 28,500 shares at 277.51 pence on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Robson and his associated persons hold in the interdealer broker following the GBP79,090 deal. Shares in TP ICAP closed 0.3% at 275.00p.----------Agricultural services company Origin Enterprises said Chief Financial Officer Sean Coyle purchased 7,000 shares at a price of EUR5.70 per share on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Coyle now holds in the company following the EUR39,900 deal. Shares in Origin Enterprises closed untraded at EUR5.80 each.----------
