LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday. ----------UDG Healthcare said Chris Corbin, chairman of UDG's subsidiary Ashfield Healthcare, sold shares in the Irish company in two transactions.On Thursday, Corbin disposed 400,000 shares at a price of 900.00 pence each worth GBP3.6 million. On Friday, Corbin then sold 350,000 shares at the same price, worth GBP3.2 million.Shares in UDG Healthcare ended 2.4% lower at 878.00p each on Friday.The company did not specify Corbin's stake, if any, following the sale.----------Ten Lifestyle said Non-Executive Chairman Bruce Weatherill has increased his stake in the company by 50,251 shares. Weatherill bought the shares at a price of 99.5p each, for a total of GBP49,999. He now holds 646,253 shares, 0.8% of the company's shares. Shares in the lifestyle and travel platform ended down 0.2% Friday at 99.35p.----------Intu Properties said an associate of Deputy Chairman John Whittaker has bought 600,000 shares in the company. Cheeseden Investments Ltd acquired the shares at 193p each in a deal worth GBP1.2 million. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed property developer ended 1.1% higher at 194.70p each in London.----------Centamin, the FTSE 250 gold miner whose flagship mine is the Sukari deposit in Egypt, said Deputy Chair & Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Gordon Haslam bought shares. Haslam purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 117.1p per share on Thursday. Following the GBP29,275 transaction, Haslam now holds 127,056 shares in Centamin. Shares in Centamin ended down 1.1% at 118.20p each on Friday.----------Sirius Real Estate said Chief Executive Andrew Coombs acquired shares worth GBP260,000 in the property firm in a transaction on Thursday. Coombs - CEO since 2014 - bought 400,000 of its London-listed shares at 65.00p each. Shares in Sirius ended 0.9% lower at 65.00p on Friday in London. After the transaction, Coombs holds 5.1 million shares or a 0.5% stake in Sirius. ----------NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund said a Non-Executive Director and the wife of another both bought shares in the company. David Staples acquired 25,000 shares at 94.00p each for a total of GBP23,500. Meanwhile, Rupert Dorey's wife purchased 100,000 shares at USD0.96 each, worth USD96,000. NB Global shares ended up 0.3% at 94.50p.----------XP Power said Executive Vice President for Asia Andy Sng Seng Kok sold shares worth over GBP150,000 on Wednesday and Thursday. He sold 700 shares at 3,540p each on Wednesday, and 4,300 shares were disposed of for 3,410p per share on Thursday. The first transaction was worth GBP24,780 and the second GBP146,630. Following this transaction, Sng Seng Kok now holds 25,000 shares in total, reflecting a 0.1% stake in the company. Shares in the power control components manufacturer closed up 1.7% at 3,500.00p on Friday.----------Manchester & London Investment Trust said a vehicle connected to the trust's investment manager Mark Sheppard sold shares in the company. In a transaction on Thursday, M&M Investment sold 100,000 shares at a price of 535.00p each, worth GBP535,000. The stock closed down 0.5% on Friday at 532.50p apiece.----------Georgia Capital said Independent Director David Morrison bought shares in the company in two separate deals worth almost GBP200,000 combined. In a first deal, on Tuesday, Morrison bought 8,043 shares at 1,092p each for GBP87,828. In a second transaction the day after he bought 9,057 shares at 1,082.00p for GBP97,961.
