DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Two Eurocell Chiefs In GBP8.9 Million Sale

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

Two outgoing directors of Eurocell sold shares in the PVC window, door and roofline products manufacturer on Tuesday, according to a Canaccord Genuity filing on Wednesday.

Outgoing Chief Executive Patrick Bateman sold 1.9 million shares, while outgoing Chief Financial Officer Matthew Edwards sold 2.9 million, both at 185.00 pence per share. In total, the sale raised GBP8.9 million for the pair.

Bateman still holds 2.8 million Eurocell shares after the transaction, while Edwards no longer holds any stake.

Bateman is leaving his role as CEO at the start of July after Eurocell brought forward by a month the handover date for incoming CEO Mark Kelly. Bateman stepped down from his role back in January.

The stock closed down 5.1% at 187.50p Wednesday.

ARM Holdings said one of its executives sold around GBP300,000 in shares as the micro processor designer reported a rise in pretax profit for its first quarter.

Executive Vice President and President of ARM Greater China Allen Wu sold 30,150 shares at 994.50 pence each on March 17, reducing his shareholding to 41,766 shares.

On Wednesday, ARM reiterated guidance for full-year dollar revenue in line with market expectations. The group saw pretax profit rise to GBP112.0 million in the first quarter of 2016, up from GBP103.4 million the year before, as revenue rose 14% to USD398.0 million from USD348.2 million. In sterling, revenue rose 22% to GBP276.4 million from GBP227.5 million.

The stock closed up 1.7% at 979.86p Wednesday.

IT services provider FDM Group said Chief Information Officer Jonathan Young bought 6,400 shares at 568.707 pence per share Tuesday. The purchase makes up Young's entire holding after being appointed last August. The stock closed flat at 560.00p Wednesday.

CH Bailey said Chief Executive Officer Charles Bailey bought 69,600 shares at 150.0p each on Wednesday. He now holds 5.3 million shares, equal to a 70.1% stake. The stock closed up 9.1% at 150.00p Wednesday.

Hansteen Holdings said Non-Executive Director David Rough bought 7,500 shares at 106.85p each on Wednesday. Barbara Rough, David Rough's wife, also bought 7,500 shares at the same price. As a result of the above purchases, David Rough holds 75,000 shares, equal to a 0.01% stake. The stock closed down 0.4% at 106.43p Wednesday.

Jupiter European Opportunities Trust said Non-Executive Director Andrew Lang Sutch bought 462 shares at 540.125p on Tuesday. He now holds 8,316 shares. The stock closed flat at 539.05p Wednesday.
