DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Two Electra Board Members Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

FTSE 250- listed Electra Private Equity said two of its board members, including Chief Executive Officer Edward Bramson bought shares.

Bramson bought 300 shares at 3,711.5 pence per share and 388 shares at 3,695.9p per share last Friday and Thursday. His total shareholding was undisclosed.

Bramson won a place on the trust's board in November last year on his second attempt to win the backing of other shareholders.

Then in May, Bramson was named as unpaid interim chief executive officer of Electra.

In addition, Non-Executive Director David Lis bought 2,500 shares on Tuesday.

Lis bought 1,500 shares at 3,761.2133 pence per share and 1,000 shares at 3,740 pence per share. His total shareholding was undisclosed.

Shares in the private-equity investor closed up 1.3% at 3,772.00p Tuesday.

FTSE 250-listed flexible office-space provider Workspace Group said Chairman Daniel Kitchen bought 7,200 shares at a price of 685.5 pence per share on Monday. Kitchen's total shareholding was undisclosed. The stock closed up 0.1% at 679.50p Tuesday.

Volex Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Daren Morris bought 25,000 shares at a price of 40.8 pence per share Monday. Following the purchase, Morris holds a total of 345,000 shares, representing 0.38% of the issued share capital. Volex will hold its annual general meeting next Tuesday. The stock closed up 5.8% at 41.94p Tuesday.

MS International said Finance Director Michael O'Connell bought 10,399 shares at a price of 148 pence per share Monday. His total shareholding was undisclosed. Shares in the engineering products and services group closed down 1.0% at 146.00p Tuesday.

Rambler Metals & Mining said Non-Executive Director Glenn Poulter bought 3.0 million shares at a price of 3.75 pence per share on Tuesday. Poulter's total shareholding was undisclosed. The mining stock closed up 3.3% at 3.87p Tuesday.

Sanderson Group said Non-Executive Director David Gutteridge bought 30,000 shares at a price of 66.87 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Gutteridge holds 575,000 shares, or a 1.05% stake in the retail and manufacturing software business. The stock closed up 0.8% at 67.00p Tuesday.
