DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Two Cloudbuy Execs Buy As Trading Restored

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Cloudbuy said two of its board members bought a combined total of 150,000 shares on Monday as shares fell by nearly 30%.

Shares in cloudBuy were restored to trading on AIM on Monday after the company appointed Arden partners as its nominated adviser and sole broker. In September Cloudbuy shares were suspended from trading after its previous nominated adviser and broker resigned.

Chairman Ronald Duncan bought 50,000 shares at a price of 15.4p per share. Following this transaction, Duncan and associated family members hold 18.5 million shares, representing approximately 15% of issued shares.

The company also said Non-Executive Director Patrick Broughton bought 100,000 shares at a price of 14.75p per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Broughton has a notifiable beneficial interest in 870,909 ordinary shares in the company, representing 0.68% of total voting rights.

Shares in the integrated software platform closed down 29% to 13.40p, one of the biggest decliners on AIM.

Augean said Chief Executive Officer Stewart Davies bought 50,000 shares at a price of 54.5p per share Friday. Following this transaction, Davies has a beneficial interest in 155,000 shares representing 0.15% of the current issued share capital. Shares in the waste management company closed up 2.6% at 54.90p Monday.

Universe Group said Non-Executive Director Andrew Blazye bought 100,000 shares at a price of 9.5p per share on August 24. The purchase is his only holding in the point-of-sale, payment and online loyalty systems developer. Shares closed up 3.2% at 10.06p Monday.

Motif Bio said Non-Executive Director John Stakes bought 100,000 shares at 60p each on Friday. He now holds 171,850 shares, representing approximately 0.16% of issued shares. Shares in the biopharmaceutical company closed down 1.3% at 58.50p Monday.
