LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Breedon Aggregates said two of its directors sold GBP7.5 million worth of shares on Thursday as the company posted big increases in pretax profit and revenue on Wednesday.
Non-Executive Director David Williams sold 5 million shares at 68 pence each and now holds 16.7 million shares, or a 1.45% stake in the group. The deal was worth GBP3.4 million before expenses.
The company also said Simon Vivian sold 6 million shares at the same price, in a deal worth GBP4.1 million. He now holds 10.5 million shares or a 0.91% stake.
Vivian, the company's former chief executive, stepped down from his role as an executive director on Thursday and is likely to take up a non-executive role with the business, Breedon said on Wednesday.
Breedon said its pretax profit for the year to the end of December grew 46% to GBP31.3 million from GBP21.4 million in 2014, as revenue increased 18% to GBP318.5 million from GBP269.7 million.
The stock closed down 0.4% at 67.50p Thursday.

Paddy Power Betfair Chief Executive Officer Breon Corcoran sold 43,500 shares at GBP95.72126 each on Thursday. The deal is worth about GBP4.2 million gross. He now holds 139,997 shares. The betting company also said Chairman Gary McGann bought 1,400 shares at EUR122.65 per share Wednesday. He now holds 2,010 shares. The stock closed down 1.0% at 9,505.00 pence Thursday.

DX Group said two of its senior executives bought 4.4 million shares in the logistics company on Wednesday. Chief Executive Officer Petar Cvetkovic bought 2.9 million shares at 17 pence each and now holds 5.5 million shares. The deal is worth GBP498,950. The company also said Lucy Woodall, wife Chief Financial Officer Ian Pain, bought 1.5 million shares at the same price, totalling GBP255,000. Pain now holds a beneficial interest in 2.4 million shares. The stock closed up 10% at 19.01p Thursday.

Wynnstay Group said two of its directors bought their first shares in the company on Wednesday. Chairman Jim McCarthy bought 5,000 shares at a price of 487 pence per share. The company also said Non-Executive Director Philip Kirkham bought 1,000 shares at 488p each. The purchases are their only holdings. The stock closed up 3.6% at 502.50p Thursday.

Tristel said Chairman Francisco Soler bought 20,000 shares at a price of 113 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this transaction, Soler holds 10.9 million shares, which represents 25.7% stake in the infection protection, contamination control and hygiene products manufacturer. The stock closed up 1.0% at 113.58p Thursday..

Metal Tiger said Michelle Johnson, wife of Chief Executive Officer Paul Johnson, bought 250,000 shares at 1.39 pence each on Thursday. The company earlier said Paul Johnson bought 250,000 shares at 1.28 pence per share Wednesday. Following the purchase, Paul Johnson has a total interest in 9.5 million shares, equivalent to a 2.13% stake in the natural resources investor. Shares in Metal Tiger closed up 6.1% at 1.33p Thursday.

STV Group said Non-Executive Director Ian Steele bought 8,000 shares at a price of 449 pence per share Thursday. The purchase is Steele's only holding. Shares in the production and broadcasting group closed up 0.6% at 447.75p Thursday.

Energy provider SSE said Jim McPhillimy, managing director of its Enterprise division, sold 1,773 shares at a price of 1,431 pence per share Friday. His total shareholding was undisclosed after the GBP25,372 disposal. The stock closed down 1.5% at 1,445.00p Thursday.

Gaming company Rank Group said Finance Director Clive Jennings bought 37,500 shares at a price of 253.34 pence per share Thursday. Following this transaction, Jennings now holds 62,500 shares, which represents 0.02% stake in the firm. The stock closed down 1.6% at 247.50p Thursday.
