DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Two Barratt Developments Board Members Buy

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Housebuilder Barratt Developments said two of its board members bought shares on Friday last week.

Chairman John Allan bought 20,000 shares at 484.36 pence each. After the purchase, he holds 23,102 shares.

Non-Executive Director Richard Akers bought 10,000 shares at 481.76p each and now holds 50,000 shares.

The blue-chip stock closed down 0.2% at 478.16p Monday.

Lombard Risk Management said Head of Professional Services Peter Francis bought 60,461 shares at a price of 8.25 pence per share last Thursday.

On the same day, Chief Executive Officer Alastair Brown had purchased 540,540 shares at a price of 9.25 pence per share, and Chief Financial Officer Nigel Gurney had bought 168,961 shares at a price of 9p.

The AIM-listed regulatory reporting services firm last Thursday reported a pretax loss of GBP100,000 for the six months to September 30, narrowed from GBP1.8 million year on year. Revenue increased by 41% to GBP15.2 million from GBP10.8 million.

The stock closed down 2.6% at 8.40p Monday.

Rotala said Chief Executive Officer Simon Dunn bought 8,216 shares at a price of 60 pence per share on Monday. Dunn's total shareholding was not disclosed. Shares in the transport operator closed up 1.3% at 60.75p Monday.

U & I Group said Deputy Chief Executive Richard Upton bought 2,500 shares at 158 pence each on Friday. U&I Group last Wednesday said market conditions have stabilised in recent weeks, after the first half performance of its investment portfolio was hit by the UK's Brexit vote in June. Shares in the property regeneration company closed down 0.3% at 158.75p Monday.

Bluefield Solar Income Fund said Chairman John Rennocks was allotted 90,000 shares at a price of 101.00 pence per share. Following this acquisition, Rennocks has a beneficial interest in 446,713 shares, or a 0.12% stake. Bluefield Solar Income Fund on Thursday said it raised GBP60.6 million under its placing programme, ahead of the GBP50.0 million originally planned. The fund said commitments for 60.0 million new shares were received under the placing, with those shares to be issued at a price of 101.00 pence per share. The new shares will represent around 19% of Bluefield Solar's issued share capital. The stock closed up 0.2% at 102.50p Monday.

Marwyn Value Investors said Non-Executive Director Ronald Hobbs bought 20,813 shares at a price of 143 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Hobbs holds 139,329 shares, or a 0.18% stake in the company. The stock closed up 0.9% at 143.00p Monday.

Gear4music (Holdings) said Chairman Ken Ford sold 15,971 shares at a price of 408 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Ford now holds 20,000 shares in the musical equipment retailer. The stock closed up 2.4% at 412.00p Monday.

Adamas Finance Asia said Barry Lau, managing partner of the company's investment manager Adamas Asset Management, acquired 45,000 shares. Lau bought 25,000 shares at USD0.530 each on Thursday and 20,000 shares at USD0.515 each on Wednesday. Following the transactions, Lau is interested in 330,000 shares, or a 0.17% stake. The stock closed down 0.9% at USD0.530 Monday.
