DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: TruFin Deputy CEO Purchases Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------TruFin said Deputy Chief Executive Officer James van den Bergh acquired 75,000 shares in the company. James van den Bergh bought the shares at 222 pence each in a deal worth GBP166,500. His total stake in the technological & service solutions provider after the transaction was not disclosed. TruFin shares closed down 0.9% at 220.04p each. ----------Metro Bank said Non-Executive Director Howard Flight bought shares in the company for GBP50,112. Flight acquired 1,800 shares at a price of 2,784p each. Furthermore, the bank added that the Mr & Mrs HE Flight Pension Trust, of which Flight is a close associate, also bought 1,800 shares at the same price. Shares in the bank closed up 1.7% at 2,804.0p. ----------Beazley said Non-Executive Director Christine LaSala bought shares in the insurance company in a transaction on Wednesday. LaSala acquired 20,700 shares at a price of 568.8p each, totalling GBP117,742. Shares in Beazley closed up 0.4% at 564.50p each.----------Henderson European Focus Trust said Non-Executive Director Vicky Hastings purchased 5,000 shares at a price of 1,245p each. It has not been disclosed how many shares Hastings now holds in the trust following the GBP62,250 deal. Shares in Henderson European Focus closed down 0.6% at 1,230.00p. ----------Oil & gas company Ophir Energy said Chairman Bill Schrader purchased 60,000 shares at a price of 51.76 US cents per share on Thursday. Following this USD31,056 transaction, Schrader now holds 77,700 shares in Ophir, reflecting a non-significant stake in the company. Shares in Ophir closed down 6.7% at 35.30p each.----------Lowland Investment Co said Non-Executive Chairman Robert Robertson purchased 5,000 shares at a price of 1,510p per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Robertson now holds in the investment company following the GBP75,500 deal. Shares in Lowland Investment closed flat at 1,495.00p each.----------F&C Commercial Property Trust said Non-Executive Director Paul Marcuse bought GBP42,844 worth of shares. Marcuse acquired 29,753 shares at 144.20p each. His total stake in the company following the deal was not disclosed. F&C Commercial Property shares closed 0.8% lower at 144.00p each.----------
