LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------TP ICAP said Chairman Rupert Robson and Independent Non-Executive Director Stephen Pull bought shares in the FTSE 250-listed firm.Robson bought 13,000 shares at a price of 286.6 pence each, worth GBP37,258, while Pull purchased 23,000 shares at a price of 291.28p each, totalling GBP66,994.Shares in TP ICAP closed down 1.2% on Tuesday at 288.90p each.----------Crystal Amber Fund said its investment manager, Crystal Amber Asset Management Ltd, purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 230p each in a transaction on Tuesday. Following the GBP57,500 transaction, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds 3.5 million shares in the company, reflecting a 3.6% stake. Shares in Crystal Amber Fund closed up at 233.20p each.----------Weir Group said Cheryl Young, wife of Non-Executive Director Stephen Young, bought GBP37,770 worth of shares. Young acquired 1,957 shares in the engineering company at 1,931.16p each. Weir shares closed up 0.7% at 1,934.00p each.----------Consumer finance company Non-Standard Finance said Non-Executive Director Niall Booker purchased 156,700 shares at a price of 64p per share last Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Booker now holds in the company following the GBP100,288 deal. Shares in Non-Standard Finance closed up 2.6% at 62.49p each.----------Chemicals company Croda International said Sarah Brophy, a person closely associated with Company Secretary Thomas Brophy, purchased 827 shares at a price of 5,172p per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Thomas Brophy and his associated persons now hold in the company following the GBP42,772 deal. Shares in Croda closed down 2.1% at 5,122.00p each.----------AIM-listed company GetBusy said Chief Marketing Officer Matthew Butler sold 20,528 shares at 57.0p each on Monday. Following this transaction, Butler owns 581,749 shares, equivalent to 1.2% of the productivity software firm. Shares in GetBusy closed down 3.5% at 56.00p each. ----------Merlin Entertainments said Fraser Montgomery, a commercial director of the company, sold 19,972 shares at 379.044p each, making the transaction worth just over GBP75,000. Fraser's current holding in the theme park operator was not disclosed. Shares in Merlin closed up 1.5% at 385.00p each.----------River & Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Co said Portfolio Manager George Ensor bought 10,000 shares in the company on Monday. Ensor purchased the shares at a price of 201.72p each, worth GBP20,172. Shares in River & Mercantile closed up 0.5% at 204.00p each.
