LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Totally said Chairman Bob Holt bought 20,000 shares at a price of 62 pence per share on Monday.
Following this share purchase, Holt is beneficially interested in 820,000 shares, or a 4.10% stake.
Last Thursday the healthcare services provider said it struck a GBP7.7 million deal to acquire About Health as it reported a slightly narrowed loss for 2015.
Totally will pay GBP1.8 million upfront to acquire About Health, with the balance to be deferred and paid based on About Health meeting performance targets through to March 2019.
The acquisition came as Totally said its pretax loss for 2015 narrowed to GBP410,000 from GBP440,000 a year earlier, as revenue dipped to GBP577,000 from GBP609,000.
The stock closed down 2.2% at 61.11p Monday.

Stilo International said Chairman David Ashman bought 200,000 shares at 5.625 pence per share on Friday. Following this purchase, Ashman holds 20.4 million shares, or an 18.15% stake in the software and cloud services provider. The stock closed up 4.7% at 5.89p Monday.

Pub operator Young & Co's Brewery said Chief Executive Officer Stephen Goodyear sold 15,000 A shares at 1,201 pence per share on Monday. The company also said Torquil Sligo-Young, human and information resources director, sold 2,500 A shares and his wife had today sold 8,000 A shares at the same price Monday. In addition, Peter Whitehead, finance director, sold 20,391 A shares at the same price on Monday. The directors' total shareholdings were undisclosed. The stock closed up 0.1% at 1,201.00p Monday.

MP Evans Group said Non-Executive Director J Derek Shaw sold 5,000 shares at a price of 410 pence per share Friday. Following this transaction, Shaw now holds 348,065 shares. The stock closed down 0.4% at 410.50p Monday.

Martin Currie Asia Unconstrained Trust said Non-Executive Director Anja Balfour bought 2,000 shares at a price of 274.7500 pence per share Monday. Following the transaction, she now holds 5,000 shares in Martin Currie Asia. The stock closed down 0.3% at 273.00p Monday.
Balfour is also a non-executive at Schroder Japan Growth Fund, which said she bought 4,000 shares at a price of 134.5250 pence per share Friday. Following this transaction, Balfour now holds 9,000 shares in Schroder Japan Growth Fund. The stock closed up 1.8% at 137.45p Monday.

Globalworth Real Estate Investments said Chief Executive Officer Ioannis Papalekas bought 10,000 shares, through his investment vehicle Zorviani, at a price of EUR5.15 per share on Friday. Following the share purchase, Papalekas holds 23 million shares, equivalent to a 35.99% stake. Papalekas bought 20,000 shares last Wednesday and a further 20,000 shares on Tuesday. The stock closed untraded at EUR5.05 Monday.
