DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Three Sopheon Directors Buy 52,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Sopheon said three of its directors bought shares on Friday as the enterprise software company said it is on the right track for 2016.

Chairman Barry Mence bought 30,000 shares, taking his shareholding to 1.4 million shares.

Non-Executive Director Stuart Silcock bought 12,000 shares. He now holds 266,627 shares.

Chief Financial Officer Arif Karimjee purchased 10,000 shares and now holds 40,000 shares.

Sopheon said on Thursday revenue visibility for 2016 is now approaching USD17 million, compared to USD12.5 million at this time last year.

At the time of its 2015 results in March, Sopheon said it had started 2016 with a revenue pipeline of USD12 million, compared with USD10.2 million the previous year.

Sopheon added it is confident it is "on the right path" for 2016.

The stock closed up 12% at 125.00p Friday.

Miner Landore Resources said it raised CAD2.3 million through the subscription of 71.8 million shares at 1.7 pence each.

Landore said it will use the proceeds of the raising to finance working capital and exploration expenditure on the Junior Lake BAM East Gold prospect in Ontario, Canada.

Chief Executive William Humphries has subscribed for 7.4 million shares, taking his total holding to 57.3 million shares, representing 8.2% of Landore's issued share capital.

Finance Director Richard Prickett has subscribed for 1.2 million shares, increasing his stake to 11.1 million shares, or 1.6%.

Non-Executive Director Helen Green has subscribed for 590,000 shares, giving her a total holding of 1.6 million shares, or 0.2% of the company.

The stock closed up 4.5% at 1.75p Friday.

Styles & Wood Group said Non-Executive Director Robert Hough sold 5,000 shares at 395p per share on Friday. Following the disposal, Hough now has a beneficial interest in 6,959 shares. The stock closed down 7.0% at 365.00p Friday.

Rotala said Chief Executive Officer Simon Dunn bought 13,285 shares at a price of 64.40p per share on Friday. Following the purchase, Dunn holds 1.5 million shares, which equals a 3.59% stake in the transport company. The stock closed up 0.8% at 64.00p Friday.

Equipment rental company HSS Hire Group said the wife of Philip James, a senior manager, sold 40,000 shares at 92p each on Thursday. Following this transaction, James now holds a total beneficial interest in 173,115 shares. The stock closed up 0.5% at 93.50p Friday.

Hydrodec Group said Chief Executive Officer Chris Ellis bought 802,791 shares at 2.49p per share on Friday. Following the purchase, Ellis holds 3.3 million shares, equal to a 0.44% stake. The stock closed up 29% at 2.72p Friday.

Finsbury Growth & Income Trust said Manager Nick Train bought 10,000 shares in the company at 586.99p per share on Friday. Following the purchase, Train has 722,662 shares, or a less than 1.0% stake in the trust. Shares closed down 0.9% at 589.50p Friday.
