LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

GameAccount Network said three of its board members bought 620,514 shares as the gaming software and online gaming content developer reported a widened loss for 2015.
Chief Executive Officer Dermot Smurfit bought 566,943 shares, taking his total shareholding to 9.1 million shares, which equals a 13.96% stake in the group.
Chairman David O'Reilly bought 35,714 shares, increasing his holding to 2.8 million shares, or a 4.22% stake.
Non-Executive Director Seamus McGill bought 17,857 shares and now holds 89,286 shares, or a 0.14% stake.
The shares were bought at a price of 28 pence per share on Friday
GameAccount Network last Thursday reported a widened pretax loss for 2015, and expressed confidence for 2016 and beyond as it looks to expand in the US, rolling out its Simulated Gaming product in new casinos.
The company reported a pretax loss of GBP5.6 million for 2015, widened from a pretax loss of GBP2.6 million in 2014, as revenue fell to GBP25.8 million from GBP26.1 million, and distribution costs increased.
The stock closed down 8.0% at 34.36p Tuesday.

PureTech Health said Non-Executive Director Marjorie Scardino bought 5,000 shares at 135 pence each on Friday. Scardino was chief executive of publisher Pearson from 1997 to 2012. Following this transaction, Scardino holds 787,710 shares, representing a 0.33% stake in PureTech. Shares in the science-driven healthcare company closed down 3.5% at 125.50p Tuesday.

Bodycote said Paul Clough, a regional president, sold 20,612 shares at 585.3454p each on Tuesday. He now holds 7,520 shares. The stock closed down 2.2% at 583.00p Tuesday.

Greatland Gold said Michelle Johnson, wife of Non-Executive Director Paul Johnson, bought 2.0 million shares at 0.318 pence each on Friday. Following this transaction, Paul and Michelle Johnson are now the beneficial holders of 58.6 million shares representing 4.92% of the issued share capital. The company also said Non-Executive Director Alex Borrelli bought 3.0 million shares at 0.32p each on Friday. The purchase is his only holding in the gold miner. The stock closed down 3.2% at 0.300p Tuesday.

Jersey Oil & Gas said Chief Operating Officer Ronald Lansdell bought 53,100 shares at a price of 15.2125 pence per share on Friday. Following this transaction, Lansdell holds 839,208 shares, which represents a 10% stake in the oil and gas company. The stock closed up 1.5% at 15.23p Tuesday.

Thalassa Holdings said Chairman Duncan Soukup bought 25,000 shares at a price of 43 pence per share Friday. Following this transaction, Soukup holds 3.5 million shares, which represents 14.9% of Thalassa's total voting rights. Shares in the geophysical project management group closed up 6.3% at 44.10p Tuesday.
