LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Sinclair Pharma said Non-Executive Director Jean-Charles Tschudin bought 250,000 shares at a price of 35.00 pence per share on Friday.
Following this transaction, Tschudin now holds 3.3 million shares, which represents 0.65% stake in the group.
The purchase follows Chief Executive Officer Chris Spooner and Chief Operating Officer Christophe Foucher who also acquired shares on Friday.
Sinclair Pharma on Friday said it had seen revenue grow to GBP8.9 million in the three months to the end of March, significantly ahead of the GBP7.7 million it made in the six months to the end of December.
The stock closed up 0.7% at 35.50p Monday.

BBA Aviation said Chairman Nigel Rudd bought 5,140 shares at a price of 201.4188 pence per share Monday. The company said that, also on Monday, Rudd's wife Lesley Rudd acquired 4,170 shares at the same price. Following this transaction, Nigel Rudd has a beneficial interest in 230,760 shares in BBA. Shares in BBA closed up 2.5% at 202.00p Monday.
Nigel Rudd is also chairman of aerospace and defence components manufacturer Meggitt which said he bought 17,400 shares at GBP3.829 each. His wife, Leslie Rudd, also bought 5,100 shares at the same price on Monday. Nigel Rudd's holding in Meggitt has increased to 119,500 ordinary shares. Meggitt closed up 0.9% at 383.30p Monday.

Informa said the wife of Non-Executive Director Stephen Davidson bought 2,680 shares at a price of 663.6669 pence per share Friday. The purchase represents the Davidson's only holding in the publisher and events group. The stock closed down 0.6% at 663.00p Monday.

Assura said Chairman Simon Laffin sold 114,942 shares at 57.23 pence per share Monday. The company said the shares have been sold for personal reasons on behalf of a family member for whom Laffin has power of attorney. Following the sale, Laffin now holds 3.3 million shares, which represents 0.20% stake in the primary care property investor. The company also said Head of Portfolio Management Spencer Kenyon sold 75,000 shares at 57.53 pence per share. Following the sale Kenyon has an interest in 51,551 shares representing 0.003% of the issued share capital. The stock closed down 1.6% at 56.95p Monday.

Mercantile Investment Trust said Non-Executive Director Angus Lennox bought 6,000 shares at a price of 1,679 pence per share Monday. He now holds 11,000 shares. The stock closed up 0.1% at 1,692.00p Monday.

Devro said Chief Executive Officer Peter Page bought 10,000 shares at a price of GBP2.5175 each Monday. Following this transaction, Page now holds 682,440 shares, or a 0.4088% stake in the collagen products maker. The company also said Finance Director Rutger Helbing bought 10,000 shares at GBP2.5274 per share which is his only holding. Helbing assumed the role in April after being appointed last December. The stock closed up 1.9% at 252.75p Monday.

Jardine Matheson Holdings said Simon Keswick, a director, sold 8,000 shares at a price of USD53.201 each on Friday. Keswick's total shareholding was undisclosed. The stock last closed at USD56.22.
