LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Telit Communications said Executive Chairman Paolo Dal Pino acquired shares in the cloud services provider.In a transaction on Wednesday, Paolo Dal Pino bought 135,000 shares at a price of 166.45 pence each, worth GBP224,708.Telit shares closed 2.1% higher at 168.19p each.Following the transaction Paolo Dal Pino holds 340,000 shares, representing 0.3% holding.----------Robert Walters said Non-Executive Director Steven Cooper purchased shares in the recruitment company in a transaction on Wednesday. Cooper bought 5,000 shares at a price of 645p each, worth GBP32,250. Shares in Robert Walters closed 1.5% higher at 664.00p each.----------Wentworth Resources said Executive Chairman Robert McBean acquired shares in the East Africa-focused oil & gas company. In a transaction on Wednesday, McBean bought 110,570 shares at a price of NOK2.36 each, worth NOK260,945, or GBP24,256. Shares in Wentworth Resources closed up 1.1% at 21.99p each.----------Diversified Gas & Oil aid Vice President of Finance Bryan Berry purchased 67,000 shares at a price of USD1.39 per share on Tuesday. This USD92,956 transaction constitutes Berry's entire 0.01% stake in the oil & gas assets operator. However, he has share options over a further 750,000 shares, which represent a 0.14% stake.
