LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------FTSE 250-listed Ted Baker said Production Director Donald Browne sold shares in the clothing retail company. Browne disposed 8,930 shares at a price of 2,152.00 pence each, worth GBP192,174.Shares in Ted Baker closed flat at 2,118.00p each.The company did not specify Browne's holding, if any, following Friday's transaction.----------Medium & small company investor Mercantile Investment Trust said Non-Executive Director Graham Kitchen purchased 23,620 shares at a price of 2,168.40p per share on Monday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Kitchen now holds in the company following the GBP51,218 deal. Shares in Mercantile Investment closed up 0.1% at 217.20p each. ----------Eland Oil & Gas said a trust associated with Non-Executive Director Henry Turcan purchased shares in the exploration company. In a transaction on Monday, Lombard Odier Asset Management Europe Ltd acquired 35,048 shares at a price of 119.00p each, worth GBP41,707. Shares in Eland closed 0.4% higher at 121.50p each. Separately, the company said that in a transaction on Wednesday, Lombard Odier Asset Management purchased 21,424 shares at a price of 122.00p each, worth GBP26,137, while on Thursday it bought 33,523 shares at 119.00p each, totalling GBP39,926. In addition, on Friday, the trust acquired 9,477 shares at 119.00p, worth GBP11,306.----------Kainos Group said Business Development Director Paul Gannon sold GBP1.6 million worth of shares. Gannon sold 400,000 shares at 405.00p each. Following the deal, Gannon and a person connected to him own 8.4 million shares, representing 7.1% of the company. Shares in the software company closed 2.0% higher at 408.00p.----------Murray International Trust said Non-Executive Director Kevin Carter bought GBP56,589 worth of shares. Carter purchased 5,000 shares at 1131.80p each. His total holding following the deal is 45,000 shares. Shares in Murray International closed 0.5% higher at 1,128.00p.----------Everyman Media Group said Non-Executive Director Adam Kaye bought GBP56,477 worth of shares in the company. Kaye purchased the shares in three separate transactions. Last Thursday, he bought 8,750 shares at 214.85p each. On Friday, he acquired 7,500 shares at 215.00p and on Monday he bought 10,000 shares at 215.25p. The total aggregate number of shares bought is 26,250 shares at an average of 215.20p each. Following the deal, he holds 5.4 million shares in the company representing 7.7% stake. Shares in Everyman closed 0.3% higher at 215.72p.----------Arrow Global Group said Chairman Jonathan Bloomer and Non-Executive Director Andrew Fisher bought shares in the banking company in separate transactions on Friday. Bloomer acquired 10,000 shares at a price of 241.00p each, worth GBP24,100. After the transaction, Bloomer held 50,896 shares in total representing 0.03% interest in the company. Meanwhile, Fisher also purchased 10,000 shares at 247.00p each, totalling GBP24,7000. Following the transaction, Fisher held 20,000 shares in total, representing 0.01% stake.
