LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday and late on Thursday.

Trading software developer TechFinancials said a slew of its board members bought shares in the company on Thursday by acquiring the shares the company holds in NetMavrik, one of its holding companies.
Chief Executive Asaf Lahav bought 269,830 shares in the company at 14.5 pence per share, bringing his total stake in the company up to 13%. Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Lange bought 220,260 shares at the same price, increasing his stake to 11%.
Founders Eyal Alon and Eyal Rosenblum also both participated in buying shares, along with a number of other company managers and shareholders.
Shares in TechFinancials closed up 17% to 13.40p on Friday.

Spirent Communications said Non-Executive Chairman Alex Walker bought 50,000 shares in the company at 69.0 pence each. Following the transaction, Walker and his connected persons own 270,959 shares in the company. Shares in Spirent closed up 1.1% at 67.75p on Friday.

Low-cost African carrier Fastjet said Hexam Capital Partners has sold shares in the company, while a non-executive director made a purchase.
Hexam sold 7.6 million shares in the company at 60.00 pence per share on Thursday. Bryan Collings, a non-executive director of Fastjet, is the owner of Coppin Collings, which owns a 68% stake in Hexam, meaning the sale constitutes a dealing by a director. Hexam no longer owns any Fastjet shares following the sale.
Fastjet also said Non-Executive Director Tim Ingram acquired 150,000 shares in the company on Friday. Ingram bought the shares for 60.00 pence per share, giving him a total 0.3% stake in the company.
Fastjet shares closed down 3.0% to 65.00 pence on Friday.

Drug discovery and development company Redx Pharma said its chairman and two non-executive directors bought shares in the company on Thursday. Chairman Frank Armstrong bought 6,250 shares while non-executive directors Norman Molyneux and Peter Jackson bought 6,250 and 5,625 shares each, respectively. Armstrong now owns a 0.03% stake in the company, while Molyneux owns 0.4% and Jackson owns 5.0%. Shares in Redx closed up 0.5% to 80.38p on Friday.

Transport operator Go-Ahead Group said Non-Executive Director Katherine Innes Ker bought 116 shares in the company on Thursday. She bought the shares for 2,523.668 pence each and the shares are her only holding in the company. Go-Ahead shares closed up 1.7% to 2,550.13p on Friday.

Standby power generation developer and operator Plutus PowerGen late Thursday said Chief Operating Officer Paul Lazarevic purchased 762,308 shares in the company in two tranches at 1.29 pence each. Lazarevic purchased 142,308 shares on Tuesday and the other 620,000 shares on Wednesday, both at that 1.29 pence price. Following the transactions, Lazarevic holds a total of 32.2 million Plutus shares, giving him a 5.64% stake in the company. Plutus shares closed flat at 1.35 pence per share Friday.
