LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday and late Monday.----------Taylor Wimpey said that Jayne Beeston, wife of Chairman Kevin Beeston, bought 112,870 shares in the company.Beeston acquired the shares at 131.77 pence each for GBP148,728. The couple's total stake in the company following the deal was not disclosed.Taylor Wimpey shares closed down 1.5% at 131.61p each. ----------Surgical device maker Smith & Nephew said Executive Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Affairs Phil Cowdy sold 1,896 shares at a price of 1,437.702 pence per share on Monday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Cowdy now holds in the company following the GBP27,259 deal. Shares in Smith & Nephew closed up 2.1% at 1,465.50 pence on Tuesday.----------VPC Specialty Lending Investments said Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC, which is closely associated with Non-Executive Director Richard Levy, purchased 72,943 shares at a price of 76.4 pence per share on Monday. It has not been disclosed how many VPC Specialty shares Levy in following the GBP55,728 deal. Furthermore, director Kevin Ingram purchased 30,000 shares at 76p on Tuesday for GBP22,800. Shares in VPC Specialty closed flat at 76.00p.----------Fair Oaks Income said that Non-Executive Director John Ward bought shares worth GBP10,056 in the company. Ward acquired 15,000 shares at 67.04 pence each. His total stake in the firm following the deal was 44,475 of the firm's 2017 shares or 0.01% of the company's 2017 shares in issue. Fair Oaks Income shares closed up 1.5% at USD0.87. ----------Restaurant Group said that Chief Executive Officer Andy McCue bought shares worth GBP49,737 in the company. McCue acquired 34,240 shares at 145.26 pence each on Monday. His total stake following the deal was not disclosed. Shares in the franchise operator closed down 4.0% at 141.00p.----------TransGlobe Energy Corp said that Director David Cook bought USD67,806 worth of shares in the company on Friday. Cook acquired 32,289 shares at USD2.1 each. After the deal, he holds 32,289 shares representing 0.05% of the company's capital. TransGlobe Energy shares closed down 2.5% at 173.00 pence.----------Industrial products distributor Electrocomponents said that Non-Executive Director Simon Pryce bought GBP41,168 worth of shares. Pryce acquired 8,000 shares in the company at 514.60 pence each in a deal concluded last Friday. His total stake in the company following the deal was not disclosed. Electrocomponents shares closed down 1.3% at 516.60p. ----------Manchester & London Investment Trust said late Monday that Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 60,000 shares in the trust. Sheppard sold the shares at 435.33 pence for a total of GBP261,200. His remaining stake in the company following the sale, if any, was not disclosed. Manchester & London Investment Trust shares closed down 0.3% at 435.20p on Tuesday. ----------
