LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Taylor Wimpey said Chief Executive Peter Redfern acquired shares in the FTSE 100-listed housebuilding company.Redfern purchased 745,846 shares at a price of 134.08 pence each, worth GBP1 million.Shares in Taylor Wimpey closed down 2.9% at 133.00p each.----------Challenger Acquisitions share price almost doubled after Chief Executive Officer Mark Gustafson acquired 6.0 million shares, over two transactions, in the leisure and entertainment company. Shares in Challenger Acquisitions - which backs observation wheel projects - closed up 58% at 0.13p each. However, the stock remains down 75% so far in 2018. Gustafson bought 3.0 million shares at 0.065p Tuesday, for GBP1,950. He then acquired another 3.0 million shares on Wednesday for 0.085p, for GBP2,550. His combined total for two transactions equalled GBP4,500. Gustafson now holds 10.2 million shares in the company, representing 4.5% of the total issued shares.----------Burberry Group said Non-Executive Director Matthew Key purchased shares in the FTSE 100-listed luxury fashion company. Key acquired 1,150 shares at a price of 1,714.31p each, worth GBP19,715. Shares in Burberry closed down 3.1% at 1,714.50p each.----------Rio Tinto said Non-Executive Director Michael L'Estrange acquired shares in the FTSE 100-listed mining company in a transaction on Wednesday. L'Estrange bought 500 shares at a price of AUD73.46 each, about 4,147.72p, worth AUD36,730. Rio Tinto shares closed down 3.3% in London at 3,530.29p each. ----------Sage Group said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Howell acquired shares in the FTSE 100-listed enterprise software company. In a transaction on Wednesday, Howell bought 44,000 shares at a price of 591p each, totalling GBP260,040. Shares in Sage closed 2.1% lower at 572.00p each.----------DS Smith said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Clive Nicholls purchased shares in the FTSE 100-listed packaging business. Clive Nicholls acquired 15,000 shares at a price of 319.05p each, worth GBP47,858. Shares in DS Smith closed 5.8% lower at 307.30 pence each.----------Thomas Cook Group said Non-Executive Director Annet Aris acquired shares in the FTSE 250-listed travel agency. Aris bought 60,104 shares at a price of EUR0.4 each, worth EUR23,921. Shares in Thomas Cook closed down 5.1% at 32.66p each.----------Tullow Oil on Thursday said Chairman Dorothy Thompson acquired shares in the mid-cap oil and gas exploration company after a transaction on Wednesday. Thomson bought 26,300 shares at a price of 190.3p per share, totalling GBP50,635. Shares in Tullow Oil closed 7.0% lower at 176.50p each.----------
