DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Taylor Wimpey CEO And Legal Chief Sell

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

FTSE 100 Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey said two of its directors sold around GBP4.6 million worth of stock on Monday.

Chief Executive Pete Redfern sold 1.7 million shares, half his 3.4 million holding, at 205.35 pence each. The sale was worth GBP3.5 million before expenses.

Legal Director and Company Secretary James Jordan sold 529,622 shares at the same price. The deal is valued at around GBP1.1 million gross. After the sale, Jordan holds 1.0 million shares.

Taylor Wimpey last week, said the UK new-build housing market remains "very positive", as it upgraded its dividend policy to pay at least GBP150.0 million in ordinary dividends per year, and increased its medium-term financial targets, resulting in a plan to pay out GBP1.30 billion in dividends between 2016 and 2018.

Taylor Wimpey also noted that it has conducted a "comprehensive review" into its strategy and concluded that it will enhance its dividend policy.

The stock closed up 2.8% at 210.30p Tuesday.

Land Securities Group said Scott Parsons, managing director of its retail portfolio, sold 15,000 shares at 1,178.00 pence per share on Monday.

Following the sale, Parsons holds a direct interest in 50,067 shares.

Land Securities last week, said annual pretax profit almost halved due to a reduction in the valuation surplus, but said it was hiking its dividend on continued leasing momentum in its development programme and longer-lease terms.

Shares in the FTSE 100 property company closed up 0.7% at 1,194.92p Tuesday.

Informa said Non-Executive Director David Flaschen bought 1,500 American Depositary Receipts at USD19.68 each on Monday. Flaschen's total shareholding was undisclosed. One ADR equals two ordinary shares. The stock closed up 1.0% at 669.50p Tuesday.

Hikma Pharmaceuticals said Chief Financial Officer Khalid Nabilsi sold 20,000 shares at a price of 2,285 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Nabilsi now holds 201,921 shares, which equals a 0.08% stake in the Jordan-founded drug maker. The stock closed up 0.4% at 2,290.67p Tuesday.

Grainger said Non-Executive Director Robert Wilkinson bought 10,000 shares at a price of 240.00 pence per share on Monday. The purchase is Wilkinson's only holding in the FTSE 250 residential landlord. The stock closed down 0.4% at 239.40p Tuesday.

Brewin Dolphin Holdings said Non-Executive Director Caroline Taylor bought 2,500 shares at a price of 256.3 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Taylor now holds 5,000 shares in the wealth manager. The stock closed up 0.5% at 259.00p Tuesday.

Aggreko said Non-Executive Director Nicola Brewer bought 1,000 shares at 1,159p each, which is her only holding. The stock closed up 0.5% at 1,163.00p Tuesday.

Treatt said Chief Executive Officer Daemmon Reeve bought 3,021 shares at a price of 185.00 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 144,332 shares being 0.27% of the issued share capital. Shares in the starch supplier closed up 0.8% at 186.45p.

Oxford BioMedica said Chairman Lorenzo Tallarigo bought 47,389 shares at a price of 5.57 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Tallarigo holds 166,392 shares. Shares in the gene and cell therapy group closed up 3.3% at 5.58p Tuesday.
