LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

TalkTalk Telecom Group said Charles Bligh, the managing director of TalkTalk Business, bought 617,978 shares at a price of 240.92 pence per share on Tuesday.
The purchase, which makes up his entire holding, is worth around GBP1.5 million.
TalkTalk on Tuesday said trading conditions have returned to normal following the cyber attack on the company in late 2015, with the group registering customer growth in January.
The FTSE 250 telecommunications company said its revenue growth for the third quarter to the end of December hit 1.8% year-on-year, though it said it saw a total net loss of customers of 101,000, with 95,000 of those attributed to the cyber attack in October.
The stock closed up 1.9% at 222.00p Tuesday.

Engineer TP Group said its chief executive and another of its directors bought a total of 500,000 shares on Monday.
Chief Executive Officer Phil Cartmell bought 200,000 shares at 3.0 pence each. The purchase takes his holding to 2.1 million shares, representing 0.50% of TP's issued share capital.
The company also said Simon Kings, a director, bought 300,000 shares at a price of 2.8p each. Following the purchase, Kings now has a total beneficial interest in 400,318 shares, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital.
TP Group on Monday said it is set to break even for 2015 after a change of strategic focus. The company said its adjusted earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation is expected to have hit breakeven for the year to the end of December, with its cash balance to be ahead of its expectations at GBP7.0 million.
The stock closed up 27% at 3.50p Tuesday.

Drinks giant Diageo said Non-Executive Director Alan Stewart bought 1,060 shares at a price of 1,899 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Stewart now holds 2,560 shares. The stock closed down 0.2% at 1,905.87p Tuesday.

Avon Rubber said Non-Executive Director Pim Vervaat bought 1,000 shares at a price of 816 pence per share Monday. The purchase is Vervaat's only holding in the design and engineering company. The stock closed up 2.1% at 791.50p Tuesday.

Grainger said Non-Executive Director Andrew Carr-Locke bought 10,000 shares at a price of 232.1 pence per share on Monday. The purchase makes up his entire holding in the residential property company. The stock closed down 1.9% at 228.30p Tuesday.

Witan Investement Trust said Chief Executive Officer Andrew Bell bought 5,000 shares at GBP7.3450 each on Tuesday. Bell now holds 125,000 shares in the trust. The stock closed down 1.6% at 726.50p Tuesday.
