LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday and late on Friday.

Glass fibre insulation manufacturer Superglass Holdings said four of its directors bought a total of 958,000 shares in the company on Friday, all at 2.40 pence per share and all their first holdings in the company.
Chairman Mark Cubitt bought 250,000 shares, while Chief Executive Ken Munro bought 250,000. Cubitt replaced John Colley, who stepped down as chairman in June, when Munro also was promoted to CEO. Finance Director Chris Lea bought 250,000 shares, and Mark Atherton, operations director for its Superglass Insultation Ltd trading subsidiary, bought 208,000 shares.
The shares purchases came a day after Superglass posted a widened loss for the year to the end of August, hit by impairment and goodwill charges and by investments the company has made to boost its production capacity.
Shares in Superglass closed up 18% to 2.94 pence on Monday.

Oil and gas explorer SOCO International said Non-Executive Chairman Rui de Sousa bought shares in the company on Wednesday. SOCO said de Sousa bought 200,000 SOCO shares at 149.897 pence per share. He now owns 9.6 million SOCO shares, or 2.9% of its issued share capital.
The share purchase was made the same day the company firmed up the low end of its production guidance for 2015 but saw its shares fall as it said initial production from the H5 wellhead platform at the Te Giac Trang field in Vietnam has been below its expectations.
Shares in SOCO closed down 0.9% to 137.50 pence on Monday.

Firestone Diamonds said Non-Executive Director Keith Johnson bought shares in the company on Friday. Johnson bought 85,000 shares at 16.88 pence per share, his first holding in the diamond miner. Shares in Firestone closed up 2.9% to 17.49p on Monday.

Lender Aldermore Group said Chairman Glyn Jones has bought shares in the company on Monday. Jones bought 95,057 shares at 263.00 pence per share, raising his total shareholding to 781,488 shares. The total transaction is worth around GBP250,000. Shares in Aldermore closed up 1.6% to 260.60p on Monday.

Brammer said on Friday that Neil Rogers, a regional managing director, bought 60,706 shares in the company at 163.50 pence per share on Friday. Rogers now owns 332,281 shares in the company, equivalent to a 0.2567% stake. Shares in Brammer, which distributes industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products, closed down 0.8% at 162.50p Monday.

Mattioli Woods said Friday that Carol Duncumb, a non-executive director, bought 2,180 shares in the company at 639 pence each on Friday. Duncumb now owns 6,280 shares in the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, equivalent to about 0.025% of the company. Shares in Mattioli Woods closed up 0.4% at 641.50p on Monday.

Murray Income Trust said Friday that Neil Rogan, an independent non-executive director, bought 7,000 shares in the trust on Friday at 687.222 pence each. Rogan now owns 21,000 shares in the trust, equivalent to a 0.03% stake. Shares in the trust closed down 0.4% at 681.00p Monday.
