DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Superdry Digital Director Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Superdry said that Digital Director Chris Lacey sold 4,279 shares.Lacey sold the shares at 1,184 pence each in a deal worth GBP50,684. His total stake in the company following the sale was not disclosed.Superdry shares closed down 1.6% at 1,201.00p each.----------Eco Animal Health Group said Chief Executive Officer Marc Loomes sold 42,000 shares at a price of 500.595 pence per share on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Loomes now holds in the company following the GBP210,250 deal. This follows his sale of 358,000 shares at 500 pence each on Tuesday in a deal worth GBP1.8 million. Shares in Eco Animal closed flat at 505.00p on Wednesday.----------Manchester & London Investment Trust said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 25,000 shares at a price of 525 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this GBP131,250 transaction, Sheppard now holds 13.1 million shares in the trust, reflecting a 53% stake in the company. Shares in Manchester & London closed up 0.2% at 522.00p on Wednesday.----------CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund said that Non-Executive Chairman James Keyes bought 100,000 C shares in the company. Keyes acquired the shares at USD1.02 each for a total of USD102,000. Additionally, CATCo added in a separate statement that Non-Executive Director Margaret Gadow acquired 50,000 C shares at USD1.01 each for USD50,500. Ordinary shares in the company closed down 1.6% at USD0.61 each. C shares closed down 0.1% at USD1.01.----------Intermediate Capital Group said that Non-Executive Director Amy Schioldager bought 10,000 shares. Schioldager acquired the shares at 1033.59 pence each in a deal worth GBP103,000. Her total stake in the company following the transaction is insubstantial. Shares in Intermediate Capital closed up 1.7% at 1,043.00p each.----------VPC Specialty Lending Investments said an entity associated with Chief Executive Richard Levy has bought shares in the company. VPC said Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC bought 67,375 shares at a price of 83.00 pence each for GBP55,921. Shares closed up 0.7% at 83.50p on Wednesday. ----------Georgia Capital said that Chief Executive Officer Irakli Gilauri bought shares worth GBP43,153. Gilauri acquired 4,232 shares at 1,019.70 pence each. The CEO's total stake in the company after the transaction was not disclosed. Georgia Capital shares closed down 0.5% at 1,015.00p each Wednesday afternoon in London. ----------
