DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Standard Chartered Chair, Deputy Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.----------Standard Chartered said Chairman Jose Vinals and Deputy Chairman Naguib Kheraj purchased shares in the FTSE 100-listed emerging markets focused bank at GBP5.82 per share.Vinals purchased 10,000 shares for a total of GBP58,200.Kheraj purchased 38,000 shares for a total of GBP221,160. Shares in Standard Chartered closed down 1.1% at 572.80 pence each.----------Spire Healthcare Group said that Non-Executive Director Simon Rowlands bought shares worth GBP264,160 in the company. Rowlands acquired 200,000 shares at an average price of 132.08 pence each over the course of Friday and Monday. Following this transaction, Rowlands holds a total of 528,516 shares in the company through a nominee. Spire Healthcare shares closed down 4.0% at 127.40p each.----------Ceiba Investment said Chairman John Herring purchased shares in the Guernsey-based company in a transaction on Friday. Herring bought 40,000 shares at a price of 102 pence each, totalling GBP40,800. Shares in Ceiba investments closed untraded on Monday, last quoted at 100.00p each. ----------Scotgold Resources said that Non-Executive Chairman Nathaniel le Roux bought 55,000 shares in the company in two transactions. Last Tuesday and Wednesday, le Roux acquired the shares at 32 pence each for a total of GBP17,600. Following the purchase le Roux holds 22.5 million shares, representing a 49.35% stake in the company. Scotgold shares closed up 3.8% at 32.70p each. ----------Kin & Carta said Independent Non-Executive Director Mike Butterworth purchased shares in the management consulting company. In a transaction on Friday, Butterworth acquired 51,642 shares at a price of 95 pence each, totalling GBP49,060. Kin & Carta shares closed down 2.2% at 93.00p each.----------Knights Group Holdings said Non-Executive Director Stephen Dolton purchased shares in the security services firm. In two separate transactions on Friday, Dolton acquired a total of 10,000 shares at an average price of 195.5 pence each, worth GBP19,550. Shares in Knights Group closed 3.6% lower at 202.48p per share.----------Social care services company CareTech Holdings said Chief Operating Officer John Ivers purchased 5,000 shares at a price of 405 pence per share on Friday. Following this GBP20,250 transaction, Ivers and his wife now hold a combined beneficial interest in 49,761 CareTech shares, reflecting a 0.05% stake in the company. Shares in CareTech Holdings closed down 2.0% at 398.00p.----------Braemar Shipping Services said non-executive director Jurgen Breuer purchased 81,300 shares in the company at 227 pence each. The GBP23,381 transaction means Breuer now holds a 0.3% holding in Braemar's entire issued share capital, representing 81,300 shares. Shares in Braemar Shipping Services closed up 3.3% at 235.00 pence each.----------
