LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Standard Chartered said Chief Executive Officer Bill Winters and Regional CEO Sunil Kaushal purchased shares in two transactions on Monday.Winters bought a total of 280,000 shares at a price of 575.65 pence each, worth GBP1.6 million. Meanwhile, Kaushal acquired 120,000 shares at 571.79p per share, totalling GBP686,151.Shares in Standard Chartered closed 1.3% lower at 565.30p each.----------BP said Non-Executive Director Pamela Daley and a person closely associated with her bought American depositary shares in the oil major in a transaction on Monday. Daley and her associate acquired 2,932 ADSs - each representing six ordinary BP shares - at a price of USD42.63 each. The transaction had a total value of USD124,986. Shares in BP closed 0.1% lower at 541.84p.----------Ten Entertainment Group said Non-Executive Director David Wild purchased shares in the bowling sites operator. Wild acquired 10,000 shares at a price of 236.5p each, worth GBP23,650. Shares in Ten Entertainment closed 1.7% higher at 236.00p each. ----------Faron Pharmaceuticals said VP Drug Development Chief Medical Officer Matti Karvonen acquired shares in the biopharmaceutical company. In a transaction on October 26, Karvonen bought 20,000 shares at a price of 82.90p per share, worth GBP16,580. Shares in Faron Pharmaceuticals closed 4.0% higher at 79.00p each. ----------System1 Group said Stefan Barden, a senior manager, bought shares in the marketing research company in a transaction on Monday. Barden acquired 261,850 shares at a price of 190p each, worth GBP497,515. Shares in System1 closed 13% higher at 225.00p each.----------Merian Chrysalis Investment Co said some of its directors acquired GBP70,000 worth of shares in the company, as it started trading on the London Stock Exchange. Shares in Merian started trading at 103.50p, up 3.5% from its issue price of 100p. Chairman Andrew Haining acquired 30,000 shares at 100.0p each, while director Stephen Coe bought 25,000 shares at the same price and director Simon Holden took up 15,000 at the same price. ----------
