DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Stadium Directors Buy After Profit Warning

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Stadium Group said three of its directors bought shares as the electronic technologies supplier stated it would miss expectations after losing a significant customer.

Chief Executive Officer Charlie Peppiatt bought 10,000 shares at 80 pence each, taking his holding to 122,490 shares.

Finance Director Joanne Estell purchased 12,000 shares at the same price and now holds 29,184 shares.

Chairman Nick Brayshaw bought 10,000 shares at 79p each and now holds 179,052 shares.

Stadium Group on Thursday said it will not grow as much as expected during the current financial year after losing a "significant customer" as the supplier of wireless services warned its full year results will be fail to meet current expectations.

The company said it has received notice from a significant wireless customer in the telematics space that, following a period of reduced call-off, they will move product design in-house and manufacturing elsewhere.

The stock closed down 25% at 82.70p Thursday.

Whitbread said Non-Executive Director Chris Kennedy his first shares in the Premier Inn and Costa Coffee parent.

Kennedy bought 1,500 shares at 4,098.45 pence each on Wednesday, which is his only holding.

Kennedy joined the board of Whitbread in March. Kennedy is the chief financial officer at microprocessor designer ARM Holdings, and prior to this was the finance director at budget airline easyJet.

Whitbread on Tuesday reported growth in sales in the first quarter of its financial year and said it is confident of making good progress in the full year.

The stock closed up 3.0% at 4,191.00p Thursday.

Derwent London said Chief Executive Officer John Burns sold 45,000 shares at GBP33.075 each on Wednesday. Following the sale, Burns now holds 653,847 shares, or a 0.587% stake. The stock closed up 1.0% at GBP34.33 Thursday.

Informa said Non-Executive Director Helen Owers bought 1,000 shares at a price of 668.32 pence per share Thursday. Following this transaction, Owers now holds 2,000 shares. The stock closed up 0.7% at 669.00p Thursday.

Housebuilder Telford Homes said Land Director James Furlong sold 100,000 shares at 350.5 pence per share on Thursday. The company also said Planning and Design Director David Durant, and his wife, sold 50,000 shares at the same price. Following the sales, Furlong holds 1.2 million shares, or a 1.54% stake and Durant also holds 1.2 million shares, or a 1.59% stake. The stock closed up 3.1% at 363.00p Wednesday.

Totally said Chairman Bob Holt bought 26,758 shares at 63.6 pence per each Thursday. Following the share purchase, Holt holds 846,758 shares, or a 4.23% stake. The stock closed down 2.9% at 60.67p Thursday.

Urban&Civic said Robin Butler, managing director, bought 16,546 shares at a price of 245 pence each on Thursday. After the purchase, Butler's total beneficial interest is now 1.2 million shares, representing 0.84 % of the total issued share capital. The company also said Development Director Angus Boag and Operations Director Chris Pieroni each bought 4,430 shares. They now hold 269,829 and 108,751 shares respectively. The stock closed up 3.6% at 869.00p Thursday.
