DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Seven Vodafone Directors Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Vodafone Group said several members of its management team including Chairman Gerard Kleisterlee and Chief Executive Officer-designate Nick Read bought a total of 716,530 shares in the company.Kleisterlee acquired 112,922 shares at a price of 164 pence each for a total of GBP185,564. Read, who is due to take on the role of CEO on September 30, bought 150,151 shares at 165p each for GBP248,259, while current Chief Executive AMAP Vivek Badrinath purchased 99,100 shares at the same price for GBP163,851. Group Enterprise Director Brian Humphries acquired 180,182 shares at 165p each for GBP297,912, while Group External Affairs Director Joakim Reiter purchased 18,017 shares at the same price for GBP29,789. Lastly, Group Chief Commercial Operations & Strategy Officer Serpil Timuray bought 156,158 shares at 165p for GBP258,191. None of the directors' total stake in the company following the transaction was disclosed.Shares in the telecommunications company closed up 0.8% at 165.26p. ----------Bank of Georgia Group said that Non-Executive Director Tamaz Georgadze bought 5,000 shares in the company. Georgadze purchased the shares at EUR19.83 for a total of EUR99,150. His total stake in the company following the deal was not disclosed. Shares in the Georgian lender closed down 1.1% at 1,702.80 pence each.----------Dixons Carphone said that Chief Executive Alex Baldock and Chief Financial Officer Jonny Mason bought shares in the company. Baldock purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 161 pence per share and the transaction had a total value of GBP161,000. Mason bought 100,000 shares on Thursday at a price of 162p each and the total value of the deal was GBP162,000 million. The total holdings in the company was not disclosed for either individual following the transactions. Dixons Carphone shares closed marginally up at 161.70p.----------Biopharmaceutical research firm Proteome Sciences said Non-Executive Director Martin Diggle purchased 469,866 shares at a price of 3.60 pence each on Thursday. Diggle acquired stock through investment firm Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, where he is also a director. The transaction had a total value of GBP1.7 million. Diggle's holding following the deal totalled 58.7 million shares, accounting for 20%. Proteome Sciences shares were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 3.61p each.----------Bodycote said that Chief Executive Officer Stephen Harris bought shares in the company worth GBP99,982. Harris purchased 11,234 shares at 890 pence each. His total stake in the FTSE 250-listed company following the acquisition was not disclosed. Bodycote shares closed flat at 897.00p.----------Plus500 said that Julian Judd, a person closely associated with Chairman Penelope Judd, bought GBP64,504 worth of shares. Judd acquired 4,629 shares in the company in two separate transactions. The first 1,982 shares were priced at 1,513.26 pence each and the remaining 2,647 at 1,511.00p. Shares in the online trading platform closed down 7.3% at 1,490.00p each.----------Premier Asset Management Group said that Non-Executive Director William Smith bought 10,000 shares in the company. Smith acquired the shares at 252 pence each in a deal worth GBP22,500. His total stake in the company following the transaction was not disclosed. Premier Asset shares closed down 1.6% at 250.00p each.----------Jadestone Energy said Livermore Partners LLC, of which Non-Executive Director David Neuhauser is managing director, bought a total of 183,900 shares in the company. Livermore acquired the shares in two transactions. The first 11,900 shares were priced at CAD0.63, while the remaining 172,000 at CAD0.605. The total of the transactions was CAD111,557. Following these transactions, Livermore holds 32.1 million shares, which represent a total of 6.96% of the oil & gas production company. Jadestone shares closed down 0.3% at 38.18 pence each. ----------1Spatial said Chief Executive Officer Claire Milverton bought shares in the IT services firm. In a transaction on Thursday, Milverton acquired 43,476 shares at a price of 46 pence each, worth GBP20,000. Shares in 1Spatial closed 1.1% lower at 46.00p each. Following the purchased, Milverton holds 350,145 shares in the company, representing a 0.4% stake.----------WPP said Chief Executive Officer Mark Read acquired shares in the FTSE 100-listed advertising firm in a transaction on Thursday. Read bought 10,000 shares at a price of 1,145 pence each, totalling GBP114,500. Shares in WPP closed up 1.8% at 1,165.00p. Following the transaction, the company said Read held 128,513 shares.----------UK & Ireland hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group said that Chief Executive Officer Pat McCann purchased 25,000 shares at a price of EUR6.74 per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares McCann now holds in the company following the EUR168,500 deal. Shares in Dalata closed up 0.7% at 593.00 pence.----------
