LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday and after the London equities close on Wednesday.

FTSE 250 outsourcer Serco Group said Chief Executive Officer Rupert Soames bought 120,000 shares at a price of 107 pence per share on Thursday.
Soames's total shareholding was undisclosed.
The stock closed down 0.7% at 106.90p Thursday.

FTSE 100-listed property developer British Land said Non-Executive Director Aubrey Adams bought 10,000 shares at 730 pence per share on Wednesday. Adams's total shareholding was undisclosed. The stock closed down 0.2% at 730.00p Thursday.

Berendsen said Non-Executive Director Andrew Wood sold 5,000 shares at a price of 1,219 pence per share. Following the transaction, Wood now holds 20,000 shares. The stock closed down 0.2% at 1,225.00p Thursday.

Yu Group said Chief Financial Officer Nick Parker bought 20,300 shares at a price of 245 pence per share Thursday. The purchase is Parker's only holding in the gas and electricity supplier. Yu Group listed on the AIM All-Share index in March. The stock closed down 4.3% at 245.00p Thursday.

Property developer Capital & Regional said PDI Investment Holdings Ltd, an entity connected to Non-Executive Director Louis Norval, acquired 2.0 million shares on Tuesday. The shares were acquired at an average price of 60.00 pence per share. Following the transaction, Norval holds a beneficial interest in 134 million shares, equal to a 19.1% stake. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is 172.5 million shares, equal to a 24.6% stake. The stock closed up 0.4% at 60.75p Thursday.

Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust said Jasper Judd, independent non-executive director, bought 1,000 shares at 216.0 pence on Wednesday. The purchase gives Judd, who was appointed in February, his first shares in the trust. Shares in Dunedin Income Growth closed down 0.5% at 214.75p Wednesday.

Centamin, the gold miner listed in both London and Toronto, on Wednesday said Chairman Josef El-Raghy sold 12.6 million shares in the final week of May. The chairman sold the shares at an average price of 98 pence between May 26 and May 31, Centamin said in a statement. The statement related to Nordana Pty, a fund connected to El-Raghy. El-Raghy now has an interest in 58.8 million shares, equivalent to a 5.1% stake in Centamin. Shares in Centamin closed up 2.6% at 98.82p in London on Wednesday.
