LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Savills said Non-Executive Director Nicholas Ferguson bought 14,286 shares at a price of 700.6 pence per share Friday.
The purchase is his only holding.
The real estate services provider on Thursday recorded a surge in pretax profit, boosted by strong revenue growth from its US business.
Savills recorded GBP98.6 million pretax profit for the year ended December 31, 16% higher than GBP84.7 million in 2014, after revenue came in at GBP1.28 billion, up 19% from GBP1.08 billion in 2014.
The stock closed up 2.1% at 705.50p Friday.

Food and clothing retailer Marks & Spencer Group said Chairman Robert Swannell bought 3,000 shares at a price of GBP3.96197 on Friday. Following this transaction, Swannell now holds 143,000 shares. Shares closed down 2.1% at 398.10p Friday.
