LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Sabre Insurance Group said that Chief Actuary James Ockenden sold shares worth GBP2.5 million in the motor insurance company.Ockenden sold 982,686 shares at 259.0 pence each on Monday.Following the transaction, Ockenden holds 982,686 shares in Sabre, representing a 0.39% stake.Sabre shares closed down 1.9% at 255.0p. ----------JD Sports Fashion said that Executive Chairman Peter Cowgill bought 10,000 shares in the sports retailer. Cowgill acquired the shares at 410 pence each for a total of GBP41,000. Following this purchase, Cowgill holds 8.4 million shares, representing 0.87% of the issued share capital of the company. JD sports shares closed down 5.8% at 394.20p. ----------WANdisco said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Richards purchased 10,000 shares in the company at 505.84 pence each. The GBP50,584 transaction takes Richards' holding in the company to 5.1%, representing about 2.1 million shares. Shares in WANdisco closed down 0.4% at 478.00 pence each. ----------Nanoco Group said that Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Brian Tenner bought shares in the company worth GBP50,733. Tenner acquired 158,543 shares at 32 pence each. Following this transaction, he holds a beneficial interest in 158,543 shares or 0.1% of the company's stake. Nanoco shares closed flat at 34.0p. ----------Land and property regenerator Harworth Group said Chief Executive Owen Michaelson purchased 40,530 shares at a price of 122 pence per share on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Michaelson now holds in the company following the GBP49,447 deal. Shares in Harworth closed down 2.4% at 120.00p.----------Medical products and technologies company ConvaTec Group said Non-Executive Director Jesper Ovesen purchased 40,000 shares at a price of 141.80 pence pence per share on Monday. Oseven purchased a further 5,000 shares on the same day at 141.30p each. Following the GBP63,785 transaction, Oseven holds 133,889 shares in ConvaTec, reflecting a non-significant stake in the company. Shares in ConvaTec closed up 5.2% at 157.80p.----------AA said that Non-Executive Director Steve Barber bought shares worth GBP52,425 in the company. Barber acquired 50,000 shares at 104.85 pence each. His total stake in the company following the deal has not been disclosed.AA shares closed up 2.6% at 104.80p. ----------Gabelli Merger Plus Trust said Non-Executive Director Marc Gabelli purchased 5,000 shares at USD8.75 each.
