LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------RSA Insurance Group, a multinational insurance company, said UK & International Chief Executive Steve Lewis sold 65,000 shares at a price of 652.1744 pence per share on Friday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Lewis now holds in the company following the GBP423,913 deal.Shares in RSA Insurance Group closed up 1.5% at 661.40p each.----------Tristel, which produces contamination control and hygiene products, said Non-Executive Director David Orr purchased 7,000 shares at a price of 306.05 pence per share on Thursday. Following this transaction, Orr now holds 19,511 shares in Tristel, reflecting a 0.1% stake in the company. Chairman Francisco Soler sold 50,000 shares in the company, through his Atlas World Carriers corporate vehicle, at a price of 300.50p per share. Soler now holds 8.4 million shares in Tristel, reflecting a 19.5% stake. Shares in Tristel closed up 2.7% at 308.00p each.----------Investment trust Pantheon International, said that Director Laurie Magnus purchased 6,324 shares at a price of 2,018 pence per share on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Magnus now holds in the trust following the GBP127,618 deal. Shares in Pantheon International closed flat at 2,010.00p.----------Sportech said Non-Executive Director Richard Cooper bought 125,000 shares, representing 0.1% of the company's stock, on Friday. Cooper bought the shares at 83.5 pence each for a total consideration of GBP103,750. Shares in the betting company closed up 1.8% higher at 83.50p.----------LondonMetric Property, a FTSE250 listed real estate investment trust, said Non-Executive Chairman Patrick Vaughan sold 300,000 shares at a price of 191.7 pence per share on Wednesday. Following the transaction, Vaughan holds 12.6 million shares in LondonMetric, reflecting a 1.8% stake in the company. Shares in LondonMetric closed down 0.1% at 192.28p.----------Georgia Capital said Chief Investment Officer Ekaterina Shavgulidze bought shares worth GBP24,500 on Thursday.Shavgulidze purchased 2,450 shares in Georgia Capital at a price of GBP10.00 each. In addition, Chief Executive Officer Irakli Gilauri purchased 50,000 shares in two transactions at an aggregate price of 1,135.00 pence per share on Tuesday and Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Gilauri now holds in the company following the GBP567,550 deal. Georgia Capital said that a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director William Huyett purchased 6,500 shares at 1120.00p per share on Wednesday. This person also chose not to disclose their total stake following the GBP72,800 purchase. Shares in Georgia Capital closed up 5.0% at 1,055.776p. ----------SSP Group said a person connected to its UK & Ireland Chief Executive Simon Smith sold shares worth GBP1.3 million on Wednesday. The connected person is Danielle Smith, who sold 200,000 SSP shares at a price of GBP6.55 each. Shares in SSP, which operates food and drink outlets in locations such as airports and railway stations, closed at 651.29p, up 1.0%. ----------Ryanair Holdings said that Chief Executive Officer Michael O'Leary sold EUR32.9 million in shares. O'Leary sold 2 million shares at EUR16.49 each on Wednesday. His total shareholding following the sale was not disclosed. Shares in the budget airliner closed at EUR16.69, up 1.8%.----------Countryside Properties said Chief Executive of Countryside Partnerships South, Graham Cherry, and his connected persons, sold 3.0 million shares at a price of 371.00 pence per share on Thursday. Cherry and his connected persons now hold 5.9 million shares in Countryside Properties, reflecting a 1.3% stake in the company.
