LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

River & Mercantile Group said Deputy Chief Executive Officer James Barham had acquired shares worth GBP96,350 in the firm in a transaction on Monday.
Barham - deputy CEO since September - bought 41,000 shares at 235 pence each. Shares in River & Mercantile closed 7.0% higher at 244.00p on Tuesday.
After the transaction, Barham held 1.2 million shares - or a 1.4% stake - in River & Mercantile.

U & I Group said that Deputy Chief Executive Officer Richard Upton acquired shares in the property regeneration firm worth GBP64,998 in a transaction on Monday.
Upton - deputy CEO since 2015 - bought 17,156 shares at 204 pence each. Shares in U & I closed 0.2% higher at 205.00 pence on Tuesday.
The total holding of Upton after the transaction was not disclosed.

Eagle Eye Solutions Group said Non-Executive Directors Terry Leahy and Bill Currie acquired 150,000 shares each in the firm.
On Monday, both Leahy and Currie bought the shares at the price of 101 pence each. Each transactions was valued at GBP151,500 for a combined worth of GBP303,000.
Leahy now owns 2.4 million shares in Eagle Eye, representing a 9.5% stake, while Currie has 3.4 million shares or 13.4% of the company.
Eagle Eye Solutions shares closed up 8.5% at 118.50p each on Tuesday.

Phoenix Group Holdings said that Anna Pugliese, a person closely associated with Group Chief Actuary Simon True, bought GBP49,807 worth of shares.
On Monday, Pugliese acquired 8,786 shares at 569.06 pence each. Her total stake in the firm following the deal was not disclosed.
Phoenix Group shares closed up 2.5% at 585.90p each.

Jardine Matheson Holdings said Honor Weatherall, a close associate of Director Percy Weatherall, sold 1,900 shares at a price of USD68.65 per share on Tuesday.
Jardine Matheson has a range of interests, focused particularly in Asia, including in the automotive and dairy industries.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Percy Weatherall and his associated persons now hold in the company following the USD130,435 deal.
Shares in Jardine Matheson closed untraded in London at USD62.35 each on Tuesday. In Singapore, the stock closed down 0.9% at USD67.88.

Chaarat Gold Holdings said Chief Executive Artem Volynets purchased 72,000 shares at an aggregate price of 28.07 pence per share on Thursday last week.
This GBP20,210 transaction represents the entire stake of Volynets in the company, representing less than 0.1% of total outstanding shares.
Shares in Chaarat closed up 3.5% at 27.84 pence on Tuesday.
Back in October, Chaarat announced it entered a binding sale and purchase agreement to acquire the Kapan mine in Armenia for USD55 million from Polymetal International.

TI Fluid Systems said two unit executives bought shares worth a combined GBP131,834 in the liquid handling systems maker via two separate transactions in late December.
Executive Vice President of Fuel Tank & Delivery Systems Hans Dieltjens bought shares worth GBP98,459. Dieltjens - vice president of the unit since 2014 - bought 62,651 shares on December 27 at 157.1551 pence each.
Shares in TI Fluid closed 3.2% higher at 169.00 pence on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the same day, Executive Vice President of Fluid Carrying Systems Stephen Taylor - also in his post since 2014 - bought 21,237 shares at the same price, equivalent to a buy of GBP33,375.
The total holdings of either Dieltjens or Taylor after the transactions were not specified.
