LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Rio Tinto said Chief Financial Officer Jakob Stausholm purchased shares in FTSE 100-listed mining company in two separate transactions on Thursday and Friday.On Thursday, Stausholm acquired 15,000 shares at a price of 3,664.35 pence each, while on Friday, he bought another 15,000 shares at the same price. The total value of both transactions was GBP1.1 million.Rio Tinto shares closed 1.0% lower on Friday at 3,584.50p each.----------Engineering & agriculture services firm Carr's Group said Chairman Chris Holmes sold shares worth GBP14,400 in a transactions on Wednesday. Holmes - chair since 2013 - sold 9,000 shares at 160.00p each. Shares in Carr's closed 4.2% higher at 159.48p. Following the transaction, Holmes held 769,000 shares - or a 0.8% stake - in Carr's Group.----------Ten Lifestyle Group said Chief Technology Officer Francesco De Marchis bought shares worth GBP19,989 in the concierge company. De Marchis acquired 70,436 shares at 28.38p each, building a 0.1% stake in the company's capital. Ten Lifestyle Group shares closed down 3.5% at 28.00p each. ----------Rosslyn Data Technologies said Founder President Charles Clark sold 200,000 shares in the firm. Clark sold the shares at 7.25p each for GBP14,500. Following Thursday's deal, he owns a total interest of 9.9 million shares, representing 5.1% of the company's issued share capital. Rosslyn Data shares were untraded at 7.38p. ----------Online bingo operator JPJ Group said Executive Chairman Neil Goulden purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 583p per share on Thursday. Following this GBP58,300 transaction, Goulden now holds 85,000 shares in JPJ, reflecting a 0.1% stake in the company. Shares in JPJ, formerly known as Jackpotjoy, closed up 1.3% at 597.88p.----------AB Dynamics said a divisional director, Adrian Simms, sold 8,186 shares at a price of 1,485.00p per share on Tuesday. Simms is director of Anthony Best Dynamics. Following this GBP121,562 transaction, Simms and his wife now are interested in 13,105 shares shares in the automotive test systems maker, representing a 0.1% stake in the company. Shares in AB Dynamics closed down 0.5% at 1,517.00p.----------Alpha Financial Markets Consulting said Global Chief Executive Officer Euan Fraser disposed shares in the consultancy services provider. In a transaction on Thursday, Fraser sold 678,040 shares at a price of 218p each, worth GBP1.5 million. Alpha Financial shares closed 1.6% higher at 218.15p each. Following the sale, Fraser's interest in the company has decreased to 1.4 million shares, representing 1.3% stake.----------Frontier Developments said Joy Hu, wife of Non-Executive Director James Mitchell, bought shares worth GBP185,076 between Tuesday and Thursday. Hu acquired the first 2,000 shares at 879.60p on Tuesday for a total of GBP17,592. On Wednesday, she purchased 15,000 shares at 825.70p each for GBP123,855. Finally on Thursday, she bought 5,121 shares at 851.90p for GBP43,625. Following these transactions, Hu and her husband are interested in a total of 110,044 shares, representing 0.3% of the company's total issued share capital. Frontier Developments shares closed up 7.1% at 897.30p. ----------Bovis Homes Group said Chief Executive Officer Greg Fitzgerald bought GBP139,227 worth of shares. Fitzgerald acquired 15,616 shares at 891.57p each. His total stake in the company following the deal completed on Thursday was not disclosed. Bovis Homes shares closed down 1.3% at 861.96p each.----------Dalata Hotel said its Strategy & Development Head Shane Casserly bought shares in the firm worth EUR25,175. Casserly - in post since 2014 - acquired 5,000 of its Frankfurt-listed shares at EUR4.75 each. In London, shares in Dalata closed 1.4% lower at 419.11p. The total holding of Casserly after the transaction was not disclosed.----------Manchester & London Investment Trust said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold shares in the company in three transactions on Thursday. Sheppard disposed 25,000 shares at a price of 434p each and 45,000 shares at 435.44p each. In total, he sold 70,000 shares, worth GBP304,450. Shares in Manchester & London Investment Trust closed down 3.1% at 426.00p each. It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Sheppard holds in the company following the deals.----------
