DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Restore's Skinner Buys GBP180,000 Of Stock

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Restore said Chief Executive Charles Skinner has increased his stake by 54,500 shares.

Skinner bought the shares at an average price of 337.1 pence apiece, for GBP183,745. Following the transaction, Skinner and persons closely associated to him are interested in a 1.2% stake in the company.

The office services provider's shares ended 4.8% lower Tuesday at 321.80p.

600 Group said a divisional managing director has sold shares worth GBP440,000 as part of a plan to retire. David Grimes, the MD of 600's Global Laser Marking Division, sold 3.2 million shares at 14p each for GBP441,000. All of the shares, 600 said, have been sold to new and existing shareholders. Grimes now holds 4.4 million shares, or 3.9% of the company. 600 makes, designs, and distributes in three main areas: machine tools, precision engineered components, and industrial laser systems. Shares ended 8.2% lower Tuesday at 14p each.

Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust said Non-Executive Director Julian Sinclair bought shares in the company on Tuesday. Sinclair bought 40,000 shares at GBP1.15, for GBP46,000 in total. Shares ended down 1.2% on Tuesday at 114.16p each.

Power cable company Volex said a company related to Executive Chair Nat Rothschild bought shares in the firm on Tuesday. NR Holdings purchased 50,000 shares at 89p each, for GBP44,500 in total. Volex shares ended down 1.1% Tuesday at 89.40p apiece. After the deal, Rothschild will hold 35.2 million shares, or 24% of the company.
