LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Rentokil Initial said Non-Executive Director Crispin Davis purchased 52,500 shares at a price of 285.04 pence per share on Friday, at a total of GBP149,646.It has not been disclosed how many shares Davis now holds following this transaction.Shares in the FTSE 100-listed pest control company closed 0.4% at 286.30 pence on Friday.----------SimplyBiz Group said joint-Chief Executive Officer Neil Stevens purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 161.0 pence per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Stevens now holds following the transaction, worth GBP40,250. Shares in the compliance and business services provider closed up 0.6% at 163.00 pence on Friday.----------Independent Investment Trust said Chairman Douglas McDougall sold 25,000 shares at a price of 735.00 pence per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares McDougall now holds following this transaction, worth GBP183,750. Shares in the trust closed up 1.3% at 744.49 pence on Friday.----------Crest Nicholson Holdings said Executive Chairman Stephen Stone sold 250,000 shares at a price of 482.875 pence per share on Wednesday. Following the transaction, Lau holds 402,360 shares in total, reflecting a 0.52% interest in the company. Shares in the pan-Asian investment vehicle closed untraded on Friday, last quoted at USD0.62.----------Old Mutual said its Group Finance Director Ingrid Johnson acquired shares worth GBP99,254 in the insurer and financial services firm after a transaction on Thursday. Johnson - finance head since 2014 - bought 40,862 London-listed shares at 242.9 pence each, equivalent to GBP99,254 or ZAR1.7 million. Shares in Old Mutual closed broadly flat at 242.60 in London on Friday, 0.5% lower at ZAR41.20 in Johannesburg. The holding of Johnson after the transaction was not disclosed.----------Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust said that Non-Executive Director Howard Williams purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 248.998 pence per share on Thursday. The shares purchased represents Williams's entire shareholding in the company. Shares in the trust closed 0.4% at 252.00 pence on Friday.----------Ultra Electronics Holdings said its Chief Executive Designate took a stake in the company in a transaction on Thursday. Simon Pryce bought 6,300 shares at a price of 1,273.77 each, for a total of GBP80,248. Shares closed up 6.2% on Friday at 1,405.00p, having been as low as 1,250.00p on Thursday. Pryce's appointment as the FTSE 250-listed firm's new boss was announced in late March. He will join on June 18, having previously headed up aviation services firm BBA Aviation PLC for ten years to 2017. Shares in Ultra Electronics slipped on Thursday as it said the UK Serious Fraud Office is to investigate its operations in Algeria. The SFO has begun a criminal investigation into "suspected corruption" by Ultra in the north African country after a voluntary self-report, and the company said it is continuing to cooperate. It is too early, Ultra said on Thursday, to assess the impact this may have on the company.----------Low & Bonar said that Global Business Director for Interior & Transportation Gareth Kaminski-Cook sold 35,818 shares at a price of 53.98 pence on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many share Kaminski-Cook now holds in the company. Shares in the performance materials company closed down 1.4% at 55.40 pence on Friday.----------
