DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Red Rock Directors Take Part In Placing

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Three directors in Red Rock Resources subscribed for shares in the company as it raised GBP407,500 to back work on the Shoats Creek project on Louisiana and deepened its relationship with London-listed natural resources investor Metal Tiger. The company issued 97.0 million shares at 0.42 pence apiece.

Chairman Andrew Bell will subscribe for 4.8 million shares, spending GBP20,000. Non-Executive Director Sam Quinn will buy 1.8 million shares for a total of GBP7,500 and Executive Director Scott Kaintz will subscribe for the same number as Quinn.

Bell will now holds a 3.0% stake in the company, with Quinn holding a 1.2% interest and Kaintz 0.8%. Red Rock shares closed up 14% at 0.62p.

Private rented sector property firm Sigma Capital Group said the wife of its chief executive has sold shares in the company. Sigma said Trudy Barnet, wife of chief executive of Graham Barnet, sold 300,000 shares in the company at 93.00 pence apiece held through Merchant Investment SSAS, a pension scheme. The total value of the sale was GBP276,000. Barnet's total beneficial holding following the sale is 6.5 million shares, or around 7.4% of Sigma's issued share capital. Sigma shares closed down 1.9% to 91.2p.

John Laing Group said its chief executive has bought shares in the company, both himself and through his partner. Olivier Brousse, chief executive of the infrastructure investor, bought 4,707 shares on Friday himself, having acquired 14,768 shares on Thursday through his partner, Laura Watkins. The shares were bought at 213.31 pence apiece on Friday and at 210.00p each on Thursday. John Laing Group shares closed up 1.2% at 212.5p.

Tristel said Chairman Francisco Soler bought shares in the company on Thursday. Soler bought 12,325 shares at 114.5 pence per share. He now holds 10.9 million shares in Tristel, or 25.9% of its issued share capital. Shares in the company, which manufactures infection protection, contamination control and hygiene products, closed up 2.2% to 116.51p.

Camellia said its chief executive and its chief financial officer have both bought shares in the company. Camellia, which has operates spanning agriculture, banking, engineering, food service and investments, said Chief Executive Tom Franks bought 100 shares at 8,120 pence per share. The purchase is his only holding in the business. Susan Walker, Camellia's chief financial officer, also bought 100 shares at 8,095.63p, also her only holding. Shares in Camellia closed flat at 8,100.00p.

Minds + Machines Group said Chief Executive Toby Hall has bought his first shares in the company. Hall bought 250,000 shares at 8.00 pence per share. Shares in Minds + Machines, which owns and operates top-level internet domains, closed down 0.4% at 8.09p.

Avacta Group said its chief operating officer has purchased shares in the company. Craig Slater bought 2,222 shares at 112.5 pence per share, taking his total holding to 349,452, or 0.5% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in Avacta, which makes Affirmer biotherapeutics and research re-agents, closed flat to 112.50p.

Oxford Biomedica said Executive Director Peter Nolan has bought shares in the company. Nolan bought 359,925 shares at 5.5567 pence per share, taking his total holding to 0.05%. Shares in the gene and cell therapy company closed up 3.3% to 5.70 pence.

Potash project developer Sirius Minerals said Non-Executive Director Jane Ann Lodge bought shares in the company on Thursday. Lodge bought 100,000 shares at 18.35 pence per share, doubling her holding to 200,000 shares. Sirius Minerals shares closed up 3.3% to 19.35p apiece.

Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) said two directors have purchased shares in the company. Mortgage Advice Bureau said Independent Senior Non-Executive Director Nathan Imlach bought 380 shares at 360.00 pence per share, taking his holding to 19,200 shares. Independent Non-Executive Director Richard Verdin, meanwhile, bought 330 shares at the same price, taking his holding to 15,111 shares. Shares in the company closed down 0.8% to 357.25p.
