LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings said Chairman and Chief Executive Ken Randall sold 200,000 shares to Chief Operating Officer Alan Quilter at 122.5 pence per share Wednesday.
After the sale, Randall holds 16 million shares, which represents 22.25% of the issued share capital and Quilter holds 4,2 million shares, or a 5.89% stake.
The non-life insurance sector investor on Wednesday said it has agreed to provide loss reinsurance coverage to mutual SIMIA.
Randall & Quilter's R&Q Insurance (Malta) will provide loss portfolio reinsurance coverage for all insurance contracts previously underwritten by SIMIA, a professional indemnity mutual insurance company, which stopped writing new business in 2011.
The stock closed up 2.0% at 125.00p Wednesday.

easyHotel said it has raised GBP38.0 million via a share placing to fund its roll-out strategy.
The budget hotel operator placed 38 million shares at 100 pence each to raise the money.
Chief Executive Guy Parsons subscribed for 15,000 shares, taking his holding to 0.2% of the company's issued share capital.
Chief Financial Officer Marc Vieilledent subscribed for 10,000 shares, his first share purchase in the company, giving him a total holding of 0.01%.
Non-Executive Chairman Jonathan Lane subscribed for 200,000 shares, increasing his stake to 0.3% of the company's issued share capital.
Finally, Non-Executive Director Scott Christie subscribed for 30,000 shares, taking his stake to 0.1% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the firm closed up 14% at 96.00p on Wednesday.

Capital Drilling said some of its directors and founding shareholders have sold an 18.9% stake in the company for around GBP12.2 million in order to increase the company's free float and facilitate more liquidity in the trading of its shares.
The drilling services company said 25.5 million shares were sold for 48.0 pence each, 5.9% lower than the closing share price on Tuesday. Notably, the original expectation when the sale plan was announced earlier Wednesday, was for 25.0 million shares, or an 18.5% stake.
Executive Chairman Jamie Boynton sold 7.7 million shares and now holds 20.9 million shares in the company, leaving him with a 15.46% stake. Executive Director Brain Rudd sold 5.5 million shares and now has 14.9 million shares, giving him a 11.05% stake.
Chief Operating Officer David Payne sold 1.2 million shares and is left with 3.2 million shares, or a 2.34% stake, whilst Non-Executive Craig Burton sold 7.7 million shares to reduce his holding to 20.8 million shares, equal to a 15.42% stake.
Capital Drilling shares closed down 2.2% to 49.90p per share on Wednesday.

PureCircle said Head of Sales and Marketing Jason Hecker sold 31,971 shares at a price of USD3.905 each September 21. The deal is worth USD124,857.28. Last week the stevia ingredients maker said its pretax profit surged in its financial year to the end of June thanks to improved margins across the business and robust sales growth. The stock closed up 1.7% at 296.50p Wednesday.
