LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Quarto Group said Non-Executive Director Bob Morley sold GBP2.5 million worth of shares as he leaves the company he co-founded.
Morley sold 1.0 million shares at 246 pence each on March 24, and now holds 380,624 shares, or a 1.9% stake in Quarto.
The company said Morley confirmed his intention is to retain his remaining shares as an investment. He is stepping down from his role as a non-executive, effective immediately.
Morley's departure comes after 40 years with the business and follows a period of strategic change since 2012.
"Quarto's 40th anniversary seems a fitting time for me to step down from the board. As one of the founder directors, presiding over Quarto's growth from a three-man band to one of the world's leading illustrated book publishers has been both exhilarating and fulfilling... The company is clearly going from strength to strength under the new management team, and I shall retain a percentage of my shareholding as a private investor for the foreseeable future." Morley said.
Shares in the publisher closed down 1.0% at 254.85p Thursday.

Vodafone Group said Non-Executive Director Crispin Davis bought 34,500 shares at 222.8p per share on Wednesday. The purchase makes up his entire holding in the mobile communications group. The stock closed down 0.6% at 221.20p Thursday.

Wm Morrison Supermarkets said Chief Executive Officer David Potts bought 180,000 shares at 201.62p per share on Wednesday. Potts' total shareholding following the purchase is 1.0 million shares. The stock closed down 0.7% at 200.76p Thursday.

Metro Bank said Non-Executive Director Stuart Bernau, together with his wife Susan Bernau, bought a total of 1,591 shares at 1,885p each on March 23. Bernau now holds 65,634 shares, equaling 0.08% stake in the lender. The stock closed up 1.4% at 1,880.00p Thursday.

Hiscox said non-executive directors Ernst Jansen, Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh each purchased 2,186, 2,097, and 1,257 shares respectively at 972p per share on Thursday. The stock closed down 0.1% at 969.00p Thursday.

Upland Resources said Chairman Norza Zakaria bought 18.0 million shares at 1.0p per share on Wednesday. Following the purchase, Zakaria holds 62.9 million shares, equal to 29.4% stake in the oil and gas company. The stock closed up 6.8% at 1.15p Thursday.

Somero Enterprises said that Chief Financial Officer John Yuncza bought 17,500 shares at 151p each on Wednesday. Following the purchase, Yuncza now holds 39,613 shares, which equals 0.07% stake in the floor-laying equipment company. The company also said Non-Executive Director Robert Scheuer bought 22,500 shares at the same price, and now holds 25,000 shares. The stock closed up 0.4% at 150.10p Thursday.

Frenkel Topping Group said Chief Executive Officer Richard Fraser sold 454,544 shares at a price of 55p per share on Thursday. Chief Investment Officer Jason Granite bought 227,272 of these shares and the remaining 227,272 shares were purchased by IPGL Ltd. Following the above transactions, Fraser holds in 3.9 milion shares, representing approximately 5.2% stake and Granite holds 10.2 million shares, or a 13.8% stake. The stock closed up 1.8% at 56.50p Thursday.

Kainos Group said Divisional Director Russell Sloan sold 15,000 shares at 201.35p each Wednesday. Following the sale, Sloan now holds 670,520 shares, which represents 0.6% stake in the consulting and software services company. The stock closed down 1.8% at 196.50p Thursday.

Dods Group said Chairman Cheryl Jones bought 50,000 shares at 13p each on Thursday. The company also said she bought 50,000 shares at a price of 11.75 pence per share on Wednesday. Jones now holds 5.1 million shares, which represents 1.5% stake in the group. Shares in the information, events and publishing company closed up 13% at 13.65p Thursday.
