PZ Cussons said that Chair Caroline Silver purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 220 pence per share on Thursday, at a total of GBP22,000.Following this transaction, Silver now holds 30,000 shares in total.Shares in the consumer healthcare products manufacturer closed down 0.1% at 221.80 pence on Thursday.----------The Independent Investment Trust said Non-Executive Chairman Douglas McDougall sold 25,000 company shares in a deal on Wednesday. McDougall sold the shares at a price of 770 pence each, for a total of GBP192,500. Shares closed up 0.3% on Thursday at a price of 764p apiece.----------Cash shell Polemos said on Chairman Nigel Burton bought shares in the company worth GBP31,523 on Thursday. Burton snapped up 3.6 million shares at a price of 0.88 pence each. Shares closed 15% higher on Thursday at 1.01p. ----------Home shopping firm Findel said Chief Financial Officer Stuart Caldwell bought shares worth GBP49,742 in a deal on Thursday. Caldwell purchased 16,636 shares at a price of 299 pence each - shares closed 2.7% higher Thursday at 300p apiece.----------Avon Rubber said that Non-Executive Director Chloe Ponsonby purchased 1,400 shares at a price of 1,445.00 pence per share on Thursday, at a total of GBP20,230.
