LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Prudential said Barry Stowe, head of its North American business, sold 6,632 American Depositary Receipts at USD39.75 each on Thursday.
Following the sale, Stowe now holds 166,949 ADRs, equal to 333,898 shares.
One ADR is equal to two Prudential ordinary shares.
Stowe became chairman and chief executive of Prudential North American unit, succeeding Mike Wells who was promoted to group CEO last June when Tidjane Thiam left to head up Swiss bank Credit Suisse.
The London-listed life insurer and asset manager has a strong presence in Asia, UK and US.
The stock closed down 1.4% at 1,393.30p Friday.

Primary Health Properties said a group of directors acquired shares at 100p each on Thursday, following a fundraising.
Chairman Alun Jones acquired 20,000 shares taking his holding to 110,000 shares. Finance Director Phil Holland acquired 33,409 shares and now holds 67,513 shares.
In addition, three non-executives also participated. Mark Creedy acquired 4,800 and now holds 55,340 shares, Ian Butler acquired 13,278 shares and now holds 52,686 shares and Geraldine Kennell acquired 25,000 shares, which is her only holding.
Primary Health Properties on Wednesday said it exceeded its initial fundraising target of GBP120 million with its share placing, open offer, and offer for subscription, raising GBP150 million.
The stock closed up 0.5% at 103.74p Friday.

Infrastructure investor and manager John Laing Group said Chief Executive Olivier Brousse bought shares in the company on Thursday. Brousse bought 8,800 shares at 226.16 pence per share, taking his total holding up to 118,734 shares. John Laing shares closed down 0.6% at 226.50p on Friday.

MJ Gleeson said Carol Harrison, wife of Chief Executive Officer Jolyon Harrison, bought 4,150 shares at 571 pence each on Thursday. Following the purchase, Jolyon Harrison now holds 1.7 million shares, which equals a 3.16% stake in the group. The stock closed flat at 565.00p Friday.

Cenkos Securities said Chief Executive Officer Jim Durkin bought 16,410 shares at a price of 135.20 pence per share Thursday. Following this transaction, Durkin now holds 4.9 million shares, which equals a 8.77% stake in the group. The stock closed up 5.1% at 145.00p Friday.

Hilton Food Group said Non-Executive Director Christine Cross bought 5,000 shares at a price of 580 pence per share Friday. The purchase is Cross's only holding in the meat packing company. The stock closed up 1.0% at 576.00p Friday.

TyraTech said Non-Executive Director Jim Hills bought 100,000 shares at 5.0 pence each on Thursday. Following this transaction, Hills now holds 2.1 million shares, which equals a 0.58% stake in the life sciences technology company. The stock closed down 3.5% at 4.10p Friday.
