DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Prospex Oil & Gas CEO Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Prospex Oil & Gas said that Chief Executive Officer Edward Dawson bought 2.6 million shares in two tranches.Dawson purchased the first 1.3 million shares at 0.3820 pence each for a total consideration of GBP4,940.The following 1.3 million shares were acquired at 0.3850p.Following the deals, Dawson owns 5.3 million shares representing 0.4% of the company.Prospex shares closed down 0.8% at 0.42 pence on Wednesday.----------Quixant said that Taiwan Vice President Ivan Chen sold 49,356 shares at an average price of 425.2 pence per share on Monday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Chen now holds following this transaction. Shares in the gaming and slot machine company closed down 0.6% at 422.50 pence on Wednesday.----------Alpha Financial Markets Consulting said that Chief Financial Officer John Paton and his immediate family purchased shares in the company on Tuesday. John Paton acquired 10,000 shares for 241.85 pence per share, and 9,000 shares for 241.88p each. Shona Paton bought 9,000 shares for 243.0p per share, and other 9,000 for 243.9p each. It has not been disclosed how many shares the Patons now hold following this transaction. Shares in the consultancy services provider closed up 1.1% at 243.70 pence on Wednesday.----------Great Western Mining Corp said that Chief Executive Officer David Fraser purchased 2.0 million shares at a price of 1.3 pence per share on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Fraser now holds in total following this transaction. Shares in Great Western Mining closed down 2.3% at 1.27 pence on Wednesday.----------Braemar Shipping Services said two non-executive directors acquired shares in the consultancy firm. Lesley Watkins bought 3,000 shares at 261.15 pence each on Tuesday. Following the transaction, Watkins held a0.01% interest. Mark Tracey purchased 7,400 shares at 260.04p each on Monday. After the transaction Tracey held a 0.05% stake. Shares in Braemar were closed 1.5% lower on Wednesday at 257.00p each.----------Lifestyle and travel platform Ten Lifestyle Group said Non-Executive Director Julian Pancholi purchased 50,000 shares at a price of 99.00 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Pancholi now holds 316,664 shares in Ten Lifestyle, reflecting a 0.4% stake in the company. Shares in Ten Lifestyle closed up 1.9% at 99.60 pence each on Wednesday.----------
