DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Personal Group Boss Sells Almost All Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Employee services business Personal Group said Chief Executive Mark Scanlon sold 150,000 shares at a price of 522.38 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this GBP783,563 transaction, Scanlon now holds just 2,765 Personal Group shares. Chief Financial Officer Mike Dugdale sold 23,945 shares at 527.06p for GBP126,205, while his wife sold 5,744 shares at 526p for GBP30,213. Dugdale's interest, including that of his wife, is 39,843 shares, or 0.1% of the company. Shares in Personal closed down 1.9% at 515.02p on Thursday.----------Melrose Industries said Non-Executive Director Charlotte Twyning bought shares worth GBP70,877 on Wednesday. She bought 36,000 shares at 196.88p each, having had no shares beforehand. Melrose shares closed 1.8% lower on Thursday at 196.30p apiece. ----------Standard Life Aberdeen said Non-Executive Director Richard Mully bought 10,000 shares in the company. Mully acquired the shares at 299p each for GBP29,900. His total stake in the firm following the deal was not disclosed. Standard Life shares closed up flat at 300.50p each Thursday afternoon. ----------P2P Global Investments said Director Matthew Potter purchased shares in three separate transaction on Wednesday. Potter acquired a total of 10,095 shares at a price of 780.5p each, totalling GBP78,792. Shares in P2P Global Investments ended 0.6% lower on Thursday at 775.00p each.----------Renewi said Chief Executive Peter Dilnot and Chief Financial Officer Toby Woolrych bought a total of 145,709 shares. The CEO bought 100,000 at 54p each for a total of GBP54,000, while the CFO acquired 45,709 shares at the same price for GBP24,682. Neither of the directors' total holdings in the waste management firm following the deals were disclosed. Renewi shares ended up 0.6% at 54.30p on Thursday.----------VPC Specialty Lending Investments said a trust closely associated with Non-Executive Director Richard Levy purchased shares in the company. Victory Park Capital Advisors bought 68,741 shares at a price of 80.4p each, worth GBP55,268. The stock ended 2.7% lower on Thursday at 87p per share.----------
