DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Pennant Non-Exec Sells For GBP2.1 Million

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Pennant International Group said the pension fund of Non-Executive Director Christopher Powell sold 4.0 million shares at a price of 52 pence per share to existing institutional investors on Wednesday.

The sale is worth about GBP2.1 million.

Following this transaction, Powell holds a total beneficial interest in 6.3 million shares, or a 23.80% stake in the logistics support services group.

The stock closed up 3.7% at 56.00p Thursday.

National Grid said General Counsel & Company Secretary Alison Kay sold 2,500 shares at a price of 1,117 pence per share on Monday. Kay's total shareholding was undisclosed. Shares in the electricity network operator closed down 1.7% at 1,085.00p Thursday.
