DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Paddy Power CEO Peter Jackson Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.----------Paddy Power Betfair said Chief Executive Officer Peter Jackson bought a total of 5,708 shares in the gambling company in two separate transactions.In a transaction on Thursday, Jackson purchased 1,654 shares at a price of EUR87.10 per share, worth EUR144,063, while in another transaction on Thursday he bought 4,054 shares at EUR86.47 each, totalling in EUR350,549. Shares in Paddy Power closed up 0.1% at 7,640.00 pence per share on Monday.The company did not provide Jackson's holding, if any, prior the transaction.----------Cineworld Group said Non-Executive Director Alicja Kornasiewicz bought a total of 75,000 shares in the company in two separate transactions. In a transaction last Thursday Kornasiewicz purchased 50,000 shares at a price of GBP2.49 per share, worth GBP124,500, while last Friday she bought 25,000 shares at GBP2.48 per share, totalling GBP62,000. Cineworld shares closed down 2.6% at 241.00p each on Monday. The company did not provide Kornasiewicz's holding prior to or after the transactions.----------FTSE 100-listed pharmaceutical firm Shire said Chief Financial Officer Thomas Dittrich acquired shares worth GBP303,500 in a transaction last Thursday. Dittrich - CFO since November 2017 - bought 9,400 shares at 3,228.72p each. Shares in Shire were 3.9% lower at 3,081.50p at the close on Monday. The holding of Dittrich after the transaction was not disclosed.----------Kier Group said Yvonne Walker, wife of Non-Executive Director Adam Walker, acquired 2,559 shares at GBP9.71 per share, or at a cost of GBP24,848. Walker's total shareholding following the purchase of shares by his wife was not disclosed. The property, residential, construction, and services group's shares closed down 2.7% on Monday at a price of 974.00p each.----------Funeral services firm Dignity said Non-Executive Director Jane Ashcroft acquired 1,000 shares in Dignity at 933.80p per share, for a total cost of GBP9,338. The company did not disclose the total number of shares held by Ashcroft after the transaction on Thursday. Dignity shares were down 2.8% at 973.00p per share at the close on Monday.----------Gold explorer and developer Stratex International said Chief Executive Tim Livesey bought a further 856,659 shares in the company, his second purchase of the day. He bought the shares at a price of 0.699p per share, for a cost of GBP5,988. Earlier on Monday, Livesey bought 1.9 million shares in Stratex at a price of 0.74p per share for a total cost of GBP13,987. Prior to this transaction, he held no shares in the company. Livesey now has 2.7 million Stratex shares, equating to 0.6% of its issued share capital. He continues to hold 6.0 million share options. Stratex shares were up 6.2% at the close on Monday at 0.69p. ----------Customer engagement software firm Netcall said Chairman Michael Jackson upped his stake in the firm by 100,000 shares. Jackson bought 100,000 shares at a price on 45.00p each in a transaction on Thursday last week, with shares up 5.6% at the close on Monday at 47.00p. The cost of the purchase was GBP45,000. Following the buy, he holds 800,000 Netcall shares, equivalent to 0.6% of its entire issued share capital.----------Jupiter Fund Management said Chief Executive Officer Maarten Slendebroek sold shares in the UK fund management group last Friday. Slendebroek sold 100,000 shares at a price of 490.00p per share, worth GBP490,000. Jupiter Fund Management shares closed down 0.8% at 487.50p each on Monday. The company did not provide Slendebroek's holding after or before the transaction.----------XLMedia said Chief Executive Officer Ory Weihs purchased shares in the digital performance marketing services company on Monday. Weihs bought 33,800 shares at a price of 179.80p per share, worth GBP60,772. Shares in XLMedia closed down 1.1% at 182.00p per share on Monday. Following the transaction Weihs holds a 1.9% interest, representing 4.1 million shares, the company said.----------Capital Drilling said Non-Executive Director David Abery purchased 300,000 shares in the drilling solutions company last Friday. Abery bought 200,000 shares at a price of 39.25p per share, worth GBP78,500, and 100,000 shares at 38.86p each, totalling GBP38,860. Capital Drilling shares were up 1.8% at 38.25p each at the close of trading on Monday. Following the transaction, Abery holds a 0.2% interest in the company. ----------Murray Income Trust said Non-Executive Director Neil Rogan purchased shares in a transaction on Monday. Rogan bought 7,000 shares at a price of 746.00p per share, totalling GBP52,220. The stock closed down 1.6% at 740.00p per share on Monday. The company did not provide Rogan's holding before or after the transaction.----------
