DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: OptiBiotix Chairman Davidson Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Life sciences company OptiBiotix Health said Non-Executive Chairman Neil Davidson bought 103,000 shares on Monday at 98.6 pence each, worth GBP101,558.Davidson now holds 478,000 shares in OptiBiotix, equivalent to 0.6% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in OptiBiotix closed up 9.1% at 108.00p each. ----------GloxoSmithKline said a person closely associated with Chief Strategy Officer David Redfern disposed 3,930 shares in the company at 1,575p each in two transactions on Tuesday. The deal was worth GBP61,898. GlaxoSmithKline shares closed up 1.1% at 1,581.60p each. ----------Proteome Sciences said Vulpes Life Sciences Fund bought shares in the company on Friday. Proteome Non-Executive Martin Diggle is also a director of Vulpes Investment Management. Vulpes Life Sciences bought 525,000 shares at 3.49p each and 118,000 shares at 3.50p each. In total, the fund bought 643,000 shares at an average price of 3.492p, totalling GBP22,454. Following this transaction, Vulpes - and Diggle - hold a 19% interest in Proteome, or in 56.0 million shares. Shares in Proteome closed down 6.4% at 3.50p.----------LED lighting manufacturer Luceco said two non-executive directors, Tim Surridge and John Barton, purchased shares in the company on Monday. Non-Executive Director Tim Surridge purchased 50,000 shares at 34.75p each for a total sum of GBP17,375. Non-Executive Director John Barton purchased 61,538 shares, also at at 34.75p each, for a total sum of GBP21,384. Shares in Luceco closed 8.2% higher at 36.80p each. ----------Logistics firm Clipper Logistics said both its chief executive officer and chief financial officer purchased shares in the company on Monday. CEO Anthony Mannix purchased 80,000 shares at 318.41p each, and now holds a total of 946,786 shares in Clipper Logistics, equivalent to 0.9% of its issued share capital. Meanwhile, CFO David Hodkin purchased 240,000 shares, also at 318.41p each, and now holds a total of 1.1 million shares in the company, equivalent to 1.1% of its issued share capital. Shares in Clipper Logistics closed up 5.1% at 333.00p each.----------Just Eat said that Chairman Mike Evans purchased a total of 6,238 shares at a price of 801.49p. The purchase represents Evans's entire holding in Just Eat. Shares in Just Eat closed down 6.3% at 793.00p each.----------Financial services company Hansard Global said Non-Executive Chairman Leonard Polonsky purchased 175,000 shares at a price of 62.00p per share on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Polonsky now holds in the company following the GBP108,500 deal. Shares in Hansard closed down 0.4% at 61.23p each.----------
