LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Old Mutual said that Non-Executive Director Alan Gillespie purchased a total of 1.7 million shares in two transactions.On Monday, Gillespie acquired 835,000 shares at a price of 233.90 pence per share, totalling GBP2.0 million.On Tuesday, he bought the same amount of shares at 236.16p each, worth GBP2.0 million.It has not been disclosed how many shares Gillespie now holds in total.Shares in the financial services company closed up 1.7% at 242.10p in London, and Johannesburg shares closed up 1.7% at ZAR41.34. ----------Independent Investment Trust said that its Chairman Douglas McDougall sold shares in the company. McDougall disposed 50,000 shares at a price of 727.50 pence each. The stock closed 1.5% higher at 732.00p per share. The company did not provide McDougall's holding, if any, following the transaction.----------Amerisur Resources said that Non-Executive Director Dana Coffield purchased shares in the oil and gas company. Coffield bought 216,000 shares at a price of 15.82 pence each, worth GBP34,171. The stock closed 11% higher at 17.30p per share.
