LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Numis Corp said Executive Director Marcus Chorley sold 12,000 shares at a price of 279.50 per share on Tuesday.
Following the sale, Chorley now holds 3.5 million shares, which equals a 3.07% stake in the group.
Numis said Tuesday the rise in UK equities prices has boosted its revenue in the current financial year, although capital raising and mergers & acquisitions activity remains subdued.
In addition, the broker added it is encouraged by general market sentiment and its deal pipeline, which includes both fundraisings and M&A prospects.
Shares in the institutional stockbroker and corporate advisory firm closed down 0.9% at 277.75p on Thursday.

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) said Non-Executive Director Christian Ahlefeldt-Laurvig sold 1.3 million shares at an average price of 4.65 pence per share on Tuesday and Monday. The company said the sale was conducted in order to settle a UK tax liability and does not change Ahlefeldt-Laurvig's commitment to Europa. Following the sale, Ahlefeldt-Laurvig is beneficially interested in 33.8 million shares, which equals a 13.78% stake in the group. Shares in the oil and gas company closed down 2.6% at 4.75p on Thursday.

Manchester & London Investment Trust said M&M Investment Co, a vehicle connected to the trust's manager Mark Sheppard, sold 141,640 shares at a price of 303.162 pence per share on Wednesday. Following the sale, Sheppard holds a beneficial interest in 13.3 million shares, which equals a 61.70% stake in the trust. The stock closed up 0.2% at 305.45p on Thursday.
