DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: North Atlantic Smaller Cos Trust CEO Buys

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust said Chief Executive Officer Christopher Mills bought 45,000 shares at a price of 2,275 pence per share on Monday. The purchase is worth around GBP1.0 million. Following this transaction, Mills holds 3.6 million shares, which represents 25.06% stake in the trust.

The stock closed up 0.1% at 2,297.53p Tuesday.

Evgen Pharma said a group of directors bought a total of 136,000 shares in the drug development company on Monday. The shares were bought at a price of 22.25 pence per share.

Chief Executive Officer Stephen Franklin bought 56,000 shares, along with Chairman Barry Clare and Finance Director John Bradshaw each whom bought 40,000 shares. After the purchases Franklin, Clare, and Bradshaw hold 1.4 million, 940,108 and 40,000 shares respectively.

The stock closed up 2.0% at 22.70p Tuesday.

Birmingham-based bus operator Rotala said Chief Executive Officer Simon Dunn bought 3,331 shares at a price of 76 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Dunn holds 1.4 million shares, which represents 3.69% of the shares in issue. The stock closed down 0.7% at 75.00p Tuesday.

First Derivatives said Non-Executive Director David Anderson sold 5,000 shares at a price of 1,541 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Anderson has an interest in 120,000 shares, representing 0.5% of the issued share capital. Shares in the consulting service and software provider closed up 0.1% at 1,545.00p Tuesday.

Housebuilder Berkeley Group Holdings said Non-Executive Director Diana Brightmore-Armour bought 1,000 shares at a price of 3,464 pence per share on Tuesday. The purchase is her only holding in the company. The stock closed up 4.1% at 3,572.00p Tuesday.
