LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

mporium Group said its new Non-Executive Chairman Nigel Walder bought 1.5 million shares at a price of 6.5 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Walder holds 8.1 million shares equating to a 1.88% stake.
Walder was appointed as chairman in September replacing Mike Hughes who retired.
Commenting on the appointment in a statement Chief Executive Barry Moat said, "Nigel brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within not only the technology sector but also the global business environment. He is the perfect addition to our organisation and I am delighted to have him on board."
Shares in the mobile commerce company closed flat at 7.50p Friday.

Sopheon said two of its non-executive directors bought shares in the software provider on Friday. Stuart Silcock bought 15,000 shares at a price of 82 pence per share and an additional 8,250 shares at 71.2p each. He now holds 252,227 shares. The company also said Bernard Al also bought 8,250 shares at 71.2 p each and holds 94,406 shares. Sopheon closed up 4.6% at 79.00p Friday.

Tesco said Non-Executive Director Deanna Oppenheimer bought 17,000 American Depositary Receipts at a price of USD9.23 each Thursday. One ADR is equivalent to three ordinary shares. Tesco reported first-half results on Wednesday, which saw the UK's largest retailer swing to a profit although sales continued to decline. Tesco shares closed up 1.0% at 203.84p Friday.

Pets at Home Group said Sally Hopson, a divisional chief executive, sold 118,500 shares at a price of 283p per share between last Friday and Tuesday. Following this transaction, Hopson holds around 3.2 million shares. Shares in the pet retailer closed down 0.3% at 284.73p Friday.

Amara Mining on Friday said Chairman and Chief Executive John McGloin bought a total of 103,802 shares on Thursday. He bought 51,927 shares at 9.9p per share and 51,875 shares at 10p per share. Following this transaction, McGloin holds 1.9 million shares, which represents a 0.45% stake in the miner. Shares in the AIM-listed West African focused gold mining company closed up 7.4% at 10.50p Friday.

PureTech Health Friday said Non-Executive Director Marjorie Scardino bought 13,100 shares at about 130p each on Thursday. The company also said she bought 6,890 shares on Wednesday at about 126p and 117 shares on Tuesday at 125p. Scardino was chief executive of publisher Pearson from 1997 to 2012. Following this transactions, Scardino holds 782,710 shares, representing a 0.33% stake. Shares in the science-driven healthcare company closed up 3.7% at 133.75p Friday.

Phaunos Timber Fund said William Weeks Vanderfelt bought 100,000 shares in the company at 33.5 US cents per share Friday. Vanderfelt, the senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee at the investment company, now owns 8.2 million shares, or a 1.5% stake. Shares in the company closed up 3.8% at USD0.343 Friday.
