LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

ICAP said its new Finance Director Stuart Bridges bought his first shares in the interdealer broker on Wednesday, spending about GBP118,425.
Bridges bought 25,000 shares at 473.70 pence each, which makes up his entire shareholding.
Bridges, who was appointed last September, was previously finance chief of Hiscox and was with the specialist insurer for 16 years.
Shares in ICAP closed up 2.0% at 473.40p Wednesday.

Asset manager and life insurer Standard Life said Non-Executive Director Kevin Parry bought 5,931 shares at 357.3p each and 7,745 shares at 356.4p each on Wednesday. He now holds 50,000 shares. The stock closed up 1.2% at 355.14p Wednesday.

Man Group said Non-Executive Director Richard Berliand bought 50,000 shares at 151.816p per share on Tuesday. His total shareholding was undisclosed. Shares in the hedge fund manager closed up 1.8% at 154.84p Wednesday.

Hill & Smith Holdings said Mark Tonks, a senior manager, sold 7,600 shares at 864.75 pence per share on Wednesday. After the sale, Tonks holds 49,709 shares, or a 0.06% stake in the infrastructure products and galvanising services company. The stock closed up 2.7% at 895.88p Wednesday.

Somero Enterprises said Chief Financial Officer John Yuncza bought 2,500 shares at 148.75p each on Tuesday. Following the purchase, Yuncza now holds 22,113 shares, which equals 0.04% stake in the floor-laying equipment company. The company also said Non-Executive Director Robert Scheuer bought 2,500 shares at the same price, making up his entire holding. The stock closed up 0.3% at 150.40p Wednesday.

FDM Group said Non-Executive Director Michelle Senecal de Fonseca bought 2,623 shares at 568.58p each, which makes up her entire holding. The stock closed down 0.4% at 573.00p Wednesday.
